Javea- family villa with private pool near beaches
A property individually designed on one level, situated in the La Guardia Javea. The villa is located near some of the most beautiful bays and panoramic views in this beautiful part of Spain. The garden has several terraces and a private swimming pool 10 x 4,5m. there is an outdoor shower and a covered summer kitchen and a barbecue.
The entrance to the villa leads to a large living room furnished with piano, with television and wifi. To the right is the separate dining room and fully equipped kitchen. A hall from the living room leads to the three bedrooms. The master bedroom is large with bathroom. Two other bedrooms with twin beds share a shower room and are large and bright.
The villa is well located near the beautiful cove of Cala Granadella Beach and Porticholl Ambola. The Arenal, with its sandy beach, bars and restaurants are within a ten minute drive.
