115 sqm living space, 800 sqm plot with large pool.
Completely fenced property. Ideal for families with children.
Comfortably and modernly furnished house with large pool, spacious garden and garage as well as additional parking spaces on the enclosed property.
Pets are allowed.
All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The house has gas central heating in all rooms.
The new kitchen is modernly equipped with a large gas hob, American fridge and microwave.
A secluded roof terrace above the garage with views over the garden and the neighbouring nature reserve.

Great Villa with Pool

We had a wonderful 9 days in this lovely Villa. The house was spacious with all the modern facilities. The house, pool and garden were very well maintained. There are several restaurants and bars at walking distance and even a small supermarket. We also took our two dogs who were very safe on the fenced plot. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

Fabulous Villa

The villa being on one floor was really good for the 20 month toddler. Residential location was quiet and walkable to a couple of local bars and good restaurants and a short drive to the beach. The roof top terrace for evening BBQ's was perfect - we used the gas BBQ most nights.

Great house in pleasant environment

This is a great house to stay in. We spend 10 days and enjoyed it very much. It’s a modern house, well equipped with furniture, fine kitchen and a lovely garden, plus on-roof (garage) terrace. The naberhood is quiet, small market nearby as well as some restaurants. You can hike to several viewpoints nearby, which is nice to do. Javea will take you about 15 min by car though. Javea a nice town, worthwhile a visit. Kai is a very responsive host, which helped us whenever needed. We had a small issue with the heating, which was solved adequately.Would surely recommend this venue.

Een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit vakantiehuis in Spanje. Het huis is verzorgd, praktisch en gezellig ingericht en zeer compleet. De ligging is ideaal om de omgeving te ontdekken én om lekker tot rust te komen. De eigenaar Kai reageerde snel en adequaat op al onze vragen. Ook hebben we genoten van het zwembad.

Prachtige villa met mooie tuin en zwembad

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in de villa Bienestar. Prachtig zwembad, mooie tuin en erg prettig dat je de auto op het terrein kon zetten. Huis is werkelijk prachtig, heerlijke bedden en s avonds heerlijk rustig. Slaapkamers kunnen geheel verduisterd worden door de luiken aan de buitenzijde. Wij hadden de pech dat in de nabije omgeving veel bouwverkeer was met veel drilwerkzaamheden en dat 3 weken lang. Verhuurder kan hier natuurlijk niets aan doen maar toch melden zeker waard. Zeer positief is de snelheid van beantwoorden van vragen door verhuurder Kai. Echt top! Tot volgend.jaar

Todo perfecto, la casa es mejor q en el anuncio, tiene de todo!! Es muy cómoda y estaba muy limpia, la zona de la piscina es fantástica, la comunicación con Kai no podía haber sido mejor, gran anfitrión! Rundum super

Wir waren zwei Wochen vor Ort. Gebucht haben wir erst wenige Tage vor der Anreise, da wir dieses Jahr sehr spontan waren. Die Kommunikation lief sehr einfach und unkompliziert mit dem Gastgeber Herrn Günzel (deutschsprachig) telefonisch und per WhatsApp. Die Fotos entsprechen genau dem was man bekommt. Wir hatten zu zweit mit unserem Hund einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut zu mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es ist sowohl zum Verweilen vor Ort als auch als Ausgangsunkt für Ausflüge geeignet. es ist komplett eingezäunt sodass sich unser Hund frei auf dem Grundstück bewegen konnte. Alles in allem Klasse. Wir empfehlen das in jedem Fall weiter. Danke Herr Günzel.

Situation au calme - terrain clôturé idéal pour notre labrador et notre chat - à l'abri des regards - possibilité de garer plusieurs véhicules (3 ou 4) sans compter le garage - bois à proximité - cigales présentes - piscine au top avec un entretien deux fois par semaine - plusieurs terrasses - équipement complet (cuisine - chambres - salles d'eau - mobilier de jardin etc...) un sujet à prendre en considération un véhicule est indispensable pour aller faire ses courses et aller à la plage. Loverly Villa, in a quiet location

The villa is in a loverly location. The garden is a typical Mediterranean garden with Olive and fruit trees with plenty of shade around the garden which is fully enclosed so even a small dog can’t get out There is a fully enclosed outside sun terrace with abundance of outside furniture in the garden and on the terrace. The Swimming pool was great and was cleaned on a regular basis. Beds were comfortable and the showers were modern and powerful. Kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge and your own wine cooler! TV and cable available but channels not in English We would fully recommend this Villa, good communication with owner and local agent. Will be back in 2023

Angenehmes Feriendomizil

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, knappe 10 Minuten vom Stadtteil Arenal mit seiner Promenade, jedoch nur 5 Minuten von der schönsten Bucht überhaupt, Granadela. Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut für eine Familie mit 4 bis 6 Personnen, sogar mit Hund. Der große Pool lädt zum stundenlangen Planschen ein. Fernseher, Internet und Barbecue, alles vorhanden und funktioniert einwandfrei. Meine Frau zusammen mit mir und unserer Hündin Sunny haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.
