I ❤️ Javea

Our villa in La Marina was in the most perfect area of Javea, the sea views spectacular and although near other villas seemed quite private. The pool was a perfect size, a quirky garden surrounding the villa with different areas to sunbathe or eat. Kitchen was well equipped with a good range of utensils. The beds were comfortable, plenty towels were provided too. We felt very safe and secure, plenty of space to park 2 cars if needed. Thank you to the family who made their Villa available.

Our villa in La Marina was in the most perfect area of Javea, the sea views spectacular and although near other villas seemed quite private. The pool was a perfect size, a quirky garden surrounding the villa with different areas to sunbathe or eat. Kitchen was well equipped with a good range of utensils. The beds were comfortable, plenty towels were provided too. We felt very safe and secure, plenty of space to park 2 cars if needed. Thank you to the family who made their Villa available.

das Haus samt seiner Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch sehr sauber. Der Meerblick ist wunderschön. Die Zufahrt zum Haus kann herausfordernd sein, wenn der Nachbar gegenüber sein Auto auf der Straße parkt. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch das Büro von Interhome in Xabia erfolgte problemlos. Auch bei einer Nachfrage unsererseits wurde uns schnell und freundlich geholfen.

Haus an toller Lage

Haus mit schöner Aussicht, an guter Lage. Sehr komfortable und voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen erdenklichen Küchengeräten. Sehr effiziente und schnelle Interhome Unterstützung. Die Energiekosten waren in den Mietkosten inbegriffen, was in kalten Wetterperioden ein klarer Vorteil ist. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Kosten/Leistungsverhältnis.

Etwas Besonderes, in vielerlei Hinsicht

Es ist irgendwie schwierig diesem Ferienhaus in einer Bewertung gerecht zu werden. Auch wenn die 3-Sterne Kategorisierung auf einige Einschränkungen und eher negative Besonderheiten des Objektes hinweist, hat es den Charme eines zwar deutlich in die Jahre gekommenen Hauses, das aber durchaus mit (fast) allem und reichlich ausgestattet ist, was auch für ein modernes Ferienhaus angesagt ist. Allerdings: Außer einer Klimaanlage ! Was eine besondere Bedeutung hat, da das Haus nach Süden ausgerichtet

Maison avec vue magnifique et piscine

Maison très fonctionnelle dont la situation est excellente et la vue magnifique. La piscine est magnifique. Plage Granadella très agréable également, à privilégier avec un accès vélo électrique (sinon beaucoup de marche à pied pour s’y rendre !). Cela fait la 2eme année que nous y allions et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, knapp 10min vom Strand von Javéa und bietet eine fantastische Aussicht aufs Meer mit sehr schönen Sonnenuntergängen. Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der Pool ist auch super und gross. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

El lugar ideal

Hemos pasado unos días, la villa es perfecta, entorno tranquilo, las vistas espectaculares. La piscina complemento perfecto cuando vas con niños. Y cerca de Jávea para poder disfrutar del típico ambiente del verano. La comunicación con los encargados ha sido perfecta. Totalmente recomendable!

Paraíso mediterráneo

El alojamiento es espectacular, la casa es cómoda y la piscina da muchísimo juego. El enclave es maravilloso, desde la piscina tienes vistas al mar y está rodeado de naturaleza. Lo recomiendo plenamente.

La casa es ideal para 5 personas. El publicitar 3 habitaciones y 6 personas no es correcto. Una persona debe dormir en cama plegable en el comedor, o adherirse a la habitación doble con la cama supletoria, que no es cómoda sin aire acondicionado. La casa dispone de una cuarta habitación no habilitada para huéspedes, que debería estar abierta si se contrata para 6 personas. Por lo demás, es una instalación perfecta para pasar una, dos y tres semanas...

Opinión casa

Recomiendo la casa, fue una pasada la semana que estuvimos allí la familia, las niñas se lo pasaron muy bien en la piscina
