À seulement 3 minutes de route de la plage "La Barraca", cette villa est située dans un quartier résidentiel paisible adjacent à la verdure luxuriante de "La Granadella". La villa a été rénovée en 2024 par le studio d'architecture et design "Jessica Bataille".

Dotée de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains et d'un agencement spacieux en plan ouvert comprenant le salon, la salle à manger et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec bar. La villa est de plain-pied, avec un jardin orienté au sud offrant une vue imprenable sur les pins.

Le salon dispose d'une grande baie vitrée qui s'ouvre sur 2/3 pour créer un espace de vie comme si l'on se trouvait à l'extérieur. Sortez sur la terrasse depuis le salon ou la cuisine pour profiter de vues panoramiques sur la forêt de pins.

Villa was immaculate. The smell was amazimg when you walked in. Kitchen has everything you need. Pool, outdoor kitchen amd gardens just perfect. Peacful and in, for us, a good location. Quick responces from host with answers to queations. You will need to take essentials like tea coffee, milk and sugar for your arrival. Would happily return.

Lovely family villa

Accurately described as per website. Pool, garden and outside kitchen was excellent. Well equipped kitchen, fixture and fittings modern and functional.The only negative for us as a family of six was there was only one toilet between two bathrooms which was an oversight on our part when selecting the property. You definitely need a car.

Lovely villa in Javea

Just had a great 1 month say at this Lovely villa in very tranquil surroundings. Beautiful pool and outside space although we could not take full advantage as it was January ! This villa has everything you need for a very comfortable holiday and would be a fab location for a summer holiday when the outside space would be amazing. Javea is a great area with lots of great walks for our dog and a lots of lovely cafes for morning coffee! We had a very enjoyable stay.

A beautiful property and a wonderful stay

We will always have very happy memories of our stay at Florence's lovely villa. Beautifully designed, it was magical to wake up to the fabulous pool every morning and we did a lot of reading and sunbathing on the balcony and the patio. Florence was very helpful when we experienced the electricity outage that affected all of Spain, even though there was little she could do except keep us informed, and also afterwards when our attempts to reset the wifi meant we stopped it working. Other than that everything went smoothly and I am now aiming to buy the same coffee machine which I enjoyed using.

The villa was nice but very basic the garden and pool was great 4 star for garden area 3 star villa.

We had great time weather was amazing, we stay at a lot of villas in the area 3 times a year. It was the first villa we have rented, that there was no welcome pack e.g. Milk,bread,water etc so glad we didn't arrive during the night. But still a nice place we enjoyed.

The gardener is wonderful, he does a fantastic job and we are very proud of the outside area, which is immaculate! We would like to comment on the word "basic" which think would be more aplicable to a villa with no modern or new fittings. The kitchen was re-modelled in January 2016 (cabinets, appliances and floor), the beds and matmtresses were new in 2016, as was the furniture in the lounge and the curtains in the villa, the huge Samsung tv and the linen and beach/bath towels. The villa is very well maintained and was re-painted 2 years ago. Everything is set up so that guests have plenty of space for their personal belongings and room to make themselves at home, and we chose to keep the interior clean and clear without lots of un-necessary clutter. However, the villa is very well equipped, including all the usual kitchen equipment which you would find at home. Welcome packs are provided for guests who arrive late or when the shops are closed - we will also go the extra mile and on request we can have your food shopping placed in the villa ready for your arrival. Beautiful Property

Our stay at the property was absolutely fantastic.. We had a few issues with the fridge and freezer which was unfortunate as we wasted quite a lot of food.. but apart from that it was great! location lovely and quiet and the pool was the highlight for us. My 9 year old spend hours in it :) Would definitely return.

Lovely villa

Lovely villa with a beautiful outside space. Huge private pool, outside kitchen with griddle, BBQ & fridge. Well equipped kitchen & the living room with its balcony was amazing. The garden is very secure for children & dogs. You do need a car but really close to the town & loads of supermarkets. We had a great time thank you.

Beautiful 4 weeks

We have been for 4 weeks in the Villa of Florence and Alex. We had a great stay!! We always had to "extra" clean up the villas we rented before, but this time: we absolutely had nothing to do than starting directly with our holidays. The Villas Design is really nice and cool!! Big pool and nice outdoor area. Florence and Alex have been really helpful with some small problems coming up during our stay. Even though the problems were not their resposibility, they always helped and supported us immediately. Thank you so much!

Amazing, calm villa with a fantastic pool

Everything is just as shown on the pictures. Swimming pool is large and deep enough for jumping. Kitchen is well eqipped, with all the utensils you might need and a nice Delonghi coffee machine. BBQ area has an amazing chilling vibe - just put some music on, open a cold beer from a separate outdoor fridge and enjoy. If I had to find any flaws, then some people in my group complained about the mattresses being a bit stiff. TV could also use an upgrade I guess (there's one dead pixel on the screen), but there's much more better things to do while there than watching TV anyways.We were there with infants and baby cots were available. Neighborhood is also quite calm and good for walks with strollers. A lot of beautiful viewpoints are within a few kilometers. Nevertheless, car is absolutely required here, so be sure to rent something.

Stay in beautiful villa in Jarvea

We had an absolutely glorious 2 weeks in Florence's beautifully renovated villa. Really felt we had had a holiday - despite the hell each end at the airports. The pool is big enough to properly exercise - we figured at least 25m all the way round and the pool and gardens looked after weekly. The villa is has been renovated really tastefully. Apart from 1 day of thunderstorms, the weather was lovely, and we were very sad to have to come back to all the floods and work in England! A car is needed to get around as located in the hills, but shops are a short drive, and some restaurants walkable - but beautifully located with a backdrop of natural woods and lovely walks. I could not recommend enough - if you are lucky enough to find availability - book it!

Located in a quiet residential area the villa is very peaceful and relaxing. The pool is huge and the outside areas are simply stunning. There was plenty of space for us to be social and spend time together as a family whilst also having space to relax by yourself. The villa inside and out was clean & tidy and instantly felt homely. The check in process was very clear and simple. Florence is a fantastic host who kept in communication with me throughout our booking and on arrival. She was also very contactable should we have needed anything during our stay. We were a little apprehensive about only have 1 toilet between us but honestly we had no issues at all and there were 6 adults sharing for 2 weeks! Arenal and Javea Port are a short 5-10 minute drive from the villa and there’s also a delicious Indian restaurant and an Italian restaurant both within walking distance of the villa. We had a fantastic 2 week stay here as a family, we really didn’t want to come home!

We want to express our deepest gratitude for the wonderful experience we had during our stay at this vacation villa in Javea! First and foremost, I would like to convey how impressed we were with the villa. It was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with an incredibly well-maintained property, immaculate cleanliness, and impressive interior design. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the villa was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The swimming pool was also very nice! We rented a car for the whole period and recommend everyone to do the same because of the distance to the beach and the grocery stores. It was a nice walk to Bianca’s Backshop in the morning though for fresh pastries. The communication with the owner and the property manager was very good all the way. We would love to come back!

Beautiful outside space,...

The house is located in an urbanisation, so this means that you have neighbors left and right. In our case it was only on one side but unfortunately they were very noisy and they loved playing loud music, watching television till very late in the night, have parties till morning. After 5 or 6 days they left and the silence came back. Not something the owner of the house can do anything about but it does put a damper on your stay. The outside space is absolutely beautiful, great fenced garden, amazing pool, outside kitchen, outside diningspace, so that part of the house just scored 10 out of 10. Inside area: When we arrived the first day, we did notice an odour in the house, like it had been closed off for some time, a bit like a musty cellar, so each morning and evening we let all the windows open, I think it helped a bit but we never quite got the odour completely out. Inside very nice, nice furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, etc... but we did experience a lot of small issues. Wifi was down, electricity fell out a lot, suddenly we didn't have any warm water, coffee machine was broken, Bbq was broken, window didn't open and some other stuff too. Altough we mentioned it to the owner and I must say an amazing waw cause each time there was a solution, fast; somebody had to come and fix it, but nevertheless again, if you have all these things each day something, even if they do get solved, at one point it gets annoying.

Thank you for the positive feedback of the outside area and inside furniture and accomodation of the villa and the nice comment about my communication. In a residential area, it is prohibited to make noise between 10PM and 8AM and even during the spanish siesta time from 2PM till 4PM. What a pity you didn't mention anything about these noisy tenants of our neighbour ! I would have contact the neighbour of course. The area is very quiet with the pine forest. Small issues, like screws on BBQ, wifi, are solved in some hours time. Strange thing, the coffee machine, we came just after your stay, and the coffee machine worked. Maybe wrong manipulation, can happen. That's why any question about the appliances are welcome. Anyway, we keep the new one we bought aside :) I'm very sorry for the small issues. During high season, it is sometimes more complicated to manage everything because earlier guests may have damaged some items and we have only 1 day to replace or repear things. But most of the time, we have charming, respectfull tenants and that's so nice ! Thank you too for having left the house properly!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in een prachtig huis. Toch een paar kleine verbeterpunten in onze ogen: Jammer genoeg was er geen kinderstoel aanwezig, maar wel 2 babybedjes? Na contact met eigenaar kon een kinderstoel eventueel tegen betaling (?) geregeld worden…. Prachtige buitenkeuken maar helaas geen BBQ accessoires aanwezig. Ook een goed broodmes, schilmesje en pollepel ontbraken in de keuken. De bedden en matrassen hadden helaas ook hun beste tijd gehad. Verder een prachtige inrichting en geweldige tuin met zwembad.

Bedankt voor uw feedback en voor uw verblijf in ons vakantiehuis. Er is een extra lade boven de besteklade, waar u barbecuegerei, een broodmes, schilmes, pollepel en ander keukengerei kunt vinden — wellicht is die wat onopvallend gebleven. Jammer dat u mij dit niet even heeft laten weten tijdens uw verblijf; ik ben elke dag bereikbaar voor onze gasten en had u graag meteen geholpen. De keuken en woonkamer zijn volledig vernieuwd door een lokaal interieurarchitectenbureau, dus fijn om te horen dat u de inrichting kon waarderen. Onze tuinman komt wekelijks langs om de tuin in optimale conditie te houden. Nogmaals bedankt voor uw opmerkingen — ze helpen ons om onze gastenervaring steeds verder te verbeteren.

Une villa dans un cadre magnifique, avec un environnement, très calme, une piscine avec des dimensions au top la villa est très fonctionnelle. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un deuxième toilette très bien équipé rénovation très récente .Il est rare de voir une villa où tout fonctionne électricité. Ampoule rien à dire nous avons passé un séjour ma femme et mes deux filles excellent.

We live in Belgium, near Brussels, and we have 3 children (24, 23 ,16 ; 1 boy and 2 girls). They love to spend their holiday in Javea. We purchased the house in january 2014. We work both in Belgium and Luxemburg. We manage a nice company, About Green, expert in GreenWalls. We regulary travel to Javea, to spend some time for holiday but also to renovate our spanish villa and to do some teleworking from there. We like to go to the restaurants in Javea, to the beach and also to make nice walks in the forest near the villa ; we have a lot of nice places to recommend.

Why they chose this property

Costa nova in javéa is a very quite area. We like nature. It was important for us to find a villa without direct overlooking. We have no neighbours at the back of the garden, only pinewoods. The location was one of the most important decisions : 5 minutes from different beaches. We think our location is perfect : in the middle of different beaches. About costa nova : lot of pinewoods but also very close to all amenities.

What makes this property unique

When we are in the garden it's very quite. We have a spectacular big pool, first time when you see the pool it's just woaw. 12mx8m pool (from 1m to 3m deep !)
The garden is wonderful. Lot's of trees and flowers and green grass. Our gardener spends a lot of time to keep the grass green and the garden perfect.
Inside the house, we feel home. Very cosy and easy for everybody.
You will sleep like babies at night because it's so quiet.
