This modern and spacious 2nd floor apartment comprises:
Entrance Hall.
Large Lounge/Diner which is equipped with dining table, six chairs, two sofas (one a sofa bed), Satellite TV(English/Spanish Channels), DVD player, Private and Communal WiFi.
Modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron and washing machine and has its own door leading to the sun terrace.
Master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobes and hot and cold air conditioning.
Second bedroom with two single beds, built-in wardrobes and hot and cold air conditioning.
Bathroom with WC, bidet, bath and shower.
Large south facing sun terrace (with dining table and chairs) which overlooks the beautiful private gardens and large communal swimming pool with children’s paddling area.
(Electric fans and electric radiators are also provided.)
Sun loungers and deck chairs also provided.
There is underground on site parking available on request, outside of the complex there is front and back street parking.

On the day of arrival you will be met by the housekeeper who will exchange the keys and show you around the apartment.

Situation: Javea is an excellent family holiday location. The Playa Arenal has a large sandy beach with play areas for both toddlers and teenagers. Sun beds and umbrellas are available for hire on a daily basis. Snack bars and restaurants line the promenade and overlook the beach. The shallow clear water of the Mediterranean allows for safe swimming under the supervision of lifeguards
Mundomar marine park, Vergel Safari park and the new Terra Mitica theme park are within half an hour's drive. The coastline in this part of Spain is studded with charming coves and bays.
JĂĄvea Golf Club is less than 10 minutes away and towards Denia (c.15 minutes) is La Sella Golf Club, a beautiful 18-hole course.

You can fly to either Alicante or Valencia for the nearest Airports and Javea is around an hours drive from each airport.

Spacious and very well appointed accommodation with attractive managed grounds and pool.

Lovely accommodation in a very convenient location for access to the Grava and Arenal areas of Javea and their many restaurants and shops. Parking is safe plentiful around the accommodation and in an underground car park.

Fabulous apartment and location

Wonderful stay in Javea Port, the apartment is in a great location just a block from the sea and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need for a great holiday including beach chairs and umbrellas. The apartment feels airy and bright with a large terrace overlooking the gardens and pool.

Great apartment

Great apartment in an ideal location. Very comfortable and owner left a welcome pack of essentials...milk, bread, butter, tea e.t.c which was really appreciated as we arrived on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely Apartment

Great spacious apartment - would definitely recommend. Collection the keys from the other end of Arenal would be a problem if you didn't have a car as it's a very long walk.

Lovely flat. Well equipped. Clean and nicely decorated. Balcony overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Storage box on the balcony housed lots of goodies for kids when they went to the beach. Walking distance to port and sea front. Will stay again.

We stayed at Jon Warner apartment which was very nice and clean with clear instructions on just about everything you would need to know. The apartment has everything you would need right down to the shopping trolley (a little god send) for the water run. The communication between myself and Jon was excellent if I had a question he quickly answered it. I will most definitely stay there again providing Jon will want to welcome us back. If I had to say something that could do with improving it would be picking up the keys and checking time,

LÀgenheten har ett mycket bra lÀge mellan hamnen och Arenal. Det Àr nÀra till affÀrer och restauranger. LÀgenheten Àr vÀlskött och vÀlutrustad. Vi upplevde inga större brister, men det var lyhört och vi hörde en del ljud frÄn grannarna och knivarna i köket var slöa. Vi hade mycket god kontakt med vÀrden, som snabbt besvarade vÄra frÄgor.

Pleasant holiday location

Bolonia apartments is a pleasant holiday location. The house is well furnished, balcony overlooks the garden with swimming pool. Kitchen equipment is very complete.Bathroom is somewhat outdated, but everything still works well.There is only one disadvantage: the building is very noisy. In your apartment you hear a lot of sounds made by your neighbors: loud talking, TV, pipes, etc.

Lugar idilico pero lastima la plaga de hormigas

El piso es muy comfortable, limpio, cómodo, localizado ennuna zona excelente y con una zona comunitaria (jardin y piscina) muy cuidada e ideal para grandes y pequeños. Nuestra decepción fue encontrar hormigas en todas las habitaciones del piso. Lo mås compicado fue poder cocinar o dejar comida encima de una mesa porque se llenaba de hormigas. Una låstima de verdad. Porque el testo del piso se merece una buena valoracion, pero este incidente nos amargó bastante.

Optimales Feriendomizil, blitzsauber, voll ausgestattet

Eine super Woche, tolle Unterkunft und erstklassige Betreuung. Alle notwendigen Versorgungseinrichtungen und Parkmöglichkeiten war vorhanden. Eine sehr gepflegte und ruhige Kleinsiedlung. Der vorhandene Pool war schon Anfang Mai nutzbar. Besser geht es kaum.
