The apartment is located on the ground floor and is the largest, as it has two double bedrooms with two bathrooms, a large living room, all furnished with handmade furniture of the late '800.

The living room has a kitchen cupboard (4 burners, an oven, a fridge, a sink and worktops) and a living room with a sofa, which can be transformed into a double bed if necessary.
The apartment has an independent garden with built-in barbecue and a ceramic table made according to the ancient tradition of the majolica of Deruta.
