Beautiful old stone cottage in heart of Kastela old town, just 100m from beach

Noa Cottage is located in the heart of the delightful old town of Kastela Luksic, in a small courtyard off the central cobbled high street. It has been renovated tastefully, beautifully preserving the traditional stone interior and exterior. It is situated just 100m from the beach so mixes the charm of history with the joys of holiday beach life!

The house is on 3 levels. On the ground floor is an open plan living dining kitchen room and a separate WC. From here are stairs to the first floor where there is a double bedroom and shower room. Stairs to the top floor lead to the twin bedroom and second shower room. There is air conditioning in each bedroom and the living room to ensure a comfortable stay.

And outside the guest can enjoy meals in the courtyard directly in front of the house.

The apartment has free WiFi/Internet connection.

Getting to Kastel Luksic - the village is equally distant from Split and Trogir so if you are coming by car then you can come off the motorway at either of these junctions and drive along the main Split - Trogir road where the village is clearly signposted. If you are coming by plane then you can drive along the local Kastela road that the airport is located on. Or take a taxi from the airport. Split airport is 6.5 km away. Parking is in the streets around, it is not possible to park on the cobbled high street as this is pedestrian only.

Lovely property in a very nice area of Croatia

A very lovely old property which is modern inside. Located within short walking distance to quiet bars and restaurants. Also, very close to 4 or 5 great beaches. Perfect.

Vacation like a local in Kastel Luksic

We enjoyed our stay! With a few easy changes the apartment would be greatly improved but overall it was comfortable and well equipped. The location turned out very well for us.

Sommerurlaub Kastel Luksic

Niedliches Fleckchen Erde in Standnähe mit netten, hilfsbereiten Nachbarn. Für uns 3 war im Haus alles ausreichend vorhanden. Für 6 Personen könnte es in Sachen Geschirr und Besteck etwas eng werden. Waren nun das 3te Mal in den Kastellen unterwegs und sind immer wieder begeistert Danke für alles

Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in Kastel Luksic verbracht. Die Nähe zum Meer und mitten in der Altstadt hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist aber etwas dunkel, draußen haben wir nicht gesessen. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, optimal für vier Personen, zu fünft ist es knapp, zum Beispiel auch mit den vorhandenen Stühlen. Grundsätzlich empfehlenswert.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Tolle Lage: Supermarkt, Apotheke, Café, Restaurant und das Meer alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von dort gut zu erreichen. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Wunderbar erholsam

Das Objekt ist grundsaniert und zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sind alle mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und die angrenzenden Bäder sind ideal. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Als kleine Anmerkung wäre nur das WLAN Signal ist nicht ganz ausreichend aber ich bin sicher das ist auch zu lösen. Das Objekt war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Würde ich wieder buchen

Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben, sehr nah am Strand, mitten in der Altstadt und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Bars und Restaurants. Parken kann man fussläufig an der Strandpromenade, muss aber alles zur FeWo tragen, da diese mit dem Auto nicht erreichbar ist. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Nachbarn sind auch nett und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung läd zu Ausflügen z. B. nach Trogir ein. Wir hatten schöne Tage.

Nice staying in kastel luksic, perfect accomodation

The house is perfect, as the communication with the householder (Tamara thx for everything!). Kastel luksic is a nice place for a family, and the beach is well served. Just the water of seaside isn’t that good...

Das Haus war innen schön und man konnte sich wohl fühlen.

Die Umgebung war eher schlecht. Nachbarn liefen ständig über den Hof. Beschwerden gab es, obwohl der Hund nur an der Leine war. Sind deshalb auch eher abgereist.

Wunderschönes kleines Appartement

Wir sind mit unseren beiden Kindern im Sommer 2019 dort im Urlaub gewesen... kurz zusammen gefasst, es war traumhaft schön. Gute zentral Lage mit nur kurzer Distanz zum Strand. Auch die Städte Split und Trogir sind in 15-20 min schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch die weiter entfernt gelegenen schönen Orte wie Primosten oder Omis Laden mit ihren wunderschönen Altstädten und auch Stränden mit kristallklarem Wasser zum Baden ein. Zum Essen und Trinken (auch am Abend zu einem Cocktail), laden die vielen Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe ein... Einfach mal testen... wir haben es nie bereut!!!

Versteckte Wohnung im Herzen von Kastel Luksic, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand

Sehr ruhige Wohnung in einem schattigen Hof, perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles hat gut geklappt. Besonders die zentrale Lage mit den Cafés in der Nähe und den Bademöglichkeiten haben uns begeistert.

Nice property in a small courtyard among other houses of the village.Very clean and just renovated, full furnished. Next to the sea, and to several shops and cafés/restaurants. Slightly small for us as we were six and a dog, but it worked fine!

Super Haus mit einer tollen Lage!

Sehr schönes renoviertes altes Haus. Drei Etagen die top renoviert sind. Die Lage an der Ortsmitte und trotzdem total ruhig ist super. Zum Strand braucht man keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Quiet retreat

We deliberately chose the middle of September so it would be cooler (23/25c) and quieter and that is what we had. The area suited my husband and brother, lots of little bars! Everyone one was very friendly and frustrated our attempts at Croation by speaking English. The only criticism of the property from a woman's point of view was no full length mirror. Other than that the property was clean and adequately stocked with appliances, although I admit I didn't cook anything!

Sehr schönes renoviertes Haus inmitten einer historischen Ortschaft.

Gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und nicht weit zum Strand. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bedingt durch die Bauart und Lage gibt es keine Terrasse oder Balkon. Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist kein Problem, es kann aber in der Saison schwierig werden, in unmittelbarer Nähe einen Parkplatz zu finden. In der Nähe gibt es ein paar Restaurants und Bars. Man kann vor Ort auch schöne Wanderungen ins Hinterland unternehmen, welche dann mit einem schönen Blick auf das Meer belohnt werden.

Old town atmosphere

Noa cottage is a high quality holiday home for a family. Some more towels or cups could be added to the equipment but otherwise the only thing we missed was a view to the sea. We enjoyed, though, the proximity of the pebble beach and the small yard. Groceries could be purchased in the near vicinity. There were restaurants in the two hotels but we did not visit them. In June when we stayed in Kastel Luksic it was very quiet.

Perfect Holiday

A beautiful house right in the heart of the Kastela Luksic, only a stone throw away from the sea front. It was the perfect location, surprisingly only 15mins from the airport, but you wouldn't know it and 25 mins either way Trogir and Split. The house its very clean and newly renovated, the rooms thankfully air conditioned and everything there that was needed. In the village there are plenty of shops and restaurants, jetties to swim off and bars to drink outside either under the shade of the trees or next to the sea. Would definitely come back again, we've got more exploring to do, and if you pick the right time to come there are frequent free concerts in the little fort 20 metres away next to the sea. perfect :-)
