About this property

This fourth floor flat has been fully refurbished in 2017 to high standard offering you all you need for a great stay in Alicante.
The property has three bright double bedrooms, two of them have access to a shared balcony. All bedrooms have air-con. There is a large living room with a dining space to accommodate up to six people (the dinning table opens-up) and provides access to a balcony overlooking the esplanade.
There is a good size kitchen with all appliances including a breakfast table.
The flat comes with a family bathroom and a guest toilette.
Sheets and towels will be provided and there are multiple wardrobes across the flat for storage.

Perfect place for a family

Nice apartment, quiet central location in a residential area (a little bit away from the touristy center, which we appreciated), proximity to the central market, reliable wifi, well equipped, impecable communication with the owner who answered all our inquiries immediately and resolved the issues that came up. The owner made our stay very enjoyable – Thank you!

Very nice

The property was very nice, and very close to many of the interesting things in Alicante, like the Mercado, the Castel and the Esplanade. Tania was great and very helpfu.
