Apartment 5 people: 2 bedrooms which can contain 2 adults each and a child who can sleep on the sofa. 1 bathroom 1 separate fitted kitchen: microwave oven + classic oven + washing machine. Large terraces including a sea view; residence with swimming pool, and mini children's pool, soccer field and children's sneakers in secure park. Secure parking space inside the secure Residence.
Possibility of baby sitting for your children with the daughter of our concierge Nando who lives in the residence. Housekeeping with Marly, wife of the concierge.

Comfortable Apartment

Lovely, comfortable apartment close to transport links into central Alicante. Restaurants, cafes & supermarket nearby and also the beach is about 200 metres down from the accommodation.

Fantastic location, with easy access to beach, tram, supermarket and restaurants. Accommodation is basic but functional, and communication with owner was excellent. Lack of aircon meant night time was a bit uncomfortable, but this was known in advance, and fans helped.Would definitely return.

Casa muy sucia

Llegamos y la casa estaba muy sucia, avisamos al conserje y nos la limpió. Pero a parte de eso, persianas rotas, desconchones y mal estado general del apartamento. Sólo está bien la piscina, jardines y ubicación.

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones

Unos días espectaculares, nos resiguieron muy bien, tuvimos un inconveniente con una cama (se rompió una pata) fueron muy resolutivos. La piscina genial, la playa de San Juan lo teníamos a 3 minutos, la parada de autobús y tranvía en la puerta de la urbanización. Muchas gracias a las personas que nos recibieron, sin duda volveremos.

Semester på Playa San Juan

Kanonläge, 150 m promenad till stranden, mycket välskött strand. Lägenhet på vån 3 med hiss, låst område, välskött pool på området Gott om restauranger på strandpromenaden. Lägenheten väl utrustad, disk- och tvättmaskin, kyl och frys, gasspis, fanns en dramaten för storhandling, två altaner portvakten tillgänglig via whats app
