3 bedroom apartment 1st line with swimming pool and parking
Our apartment is a penthouse facing the beach of El Campello, all exterior, with sea views, on the 4th floor without elevator. The residence is located on the beachfront.
It has 3 double bedrooms (one with a balcony overlooking the pool and the beach), a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, washing machine, etc.), a living-dining room with terrace overlooking the sea, a complete bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Our apartment has a complete residence with closed parking (unnumbered space) and a swimming pool open from May to October inclusive.
You will find all the shops nearby (market on Wednesday and Sunday mornings, Lidl, Consum, Mercadona, restaurants, ...).
Nearby is the tram stop "El Campello" or "Pla Barraquers", which serves lines L1 and L3. There is also a bus stop at the foot of the residence (bus stop "Sant Bartolomeu 5 or 10") with bus line 21.
We are Agnès and Xavi, a French-Spanish couple and we will be at the apartment to welcome you, give you the keys and help you if necessary during your stay.
Electricity consumption is not included from December to March inclusive and with monthly rates.
For stays equal to or less than 10 days, the rental will be considered as Tourist Accommodation - Tourist Contract (According to Decree-Law 9/2024, of August 2 and Law 15/2018, of June 7 of the GVA Council).
For stays of more than 10 days, the rental will be considered a seasonal rental - Seasonal contract (In accordance with Law 29/1994, of November 24, LAU, art. 3 and Royal Decree 1312/2024, of December 23).
Please note that, according to local regulations, for any rental, a tourist or seasonal rental contract will be drawn up and signed upon arrival.
For legal reasons, we require the identification details of all travelers. This data will be requested a few days before arrival.

Very nice apartment. You have everything nearby (sandy beach, swimming pool, shops, sea promenade). The car is not necessary because you have near the bus and the tram which serves the center of Alicante, the airport and the nearby cities (Benidorm, ...)
