THREE-ROOM APARTMENT located in a small residential complex near Capo Falcone and very close to the Pelosa beach; located on the first floor, it consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, second bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom; to complete the apartment a large covered terrace furnished with table and chairs where you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and the island of Asinara. Present TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven; reserved parking space. The holiday home is close to the driveway that leads directly to the famous beach of Pelosa which is therefore about 300 meters, while the main services are provided by the adjacent shopping center of Capo Falcone; moreover, the presence of a private parking space avoids having to worry about the search for parking and its high daily price. It is therefore the ideal holiday home for groups of friends as well as for families with small children for the convenience of being able to go quickly and without a car to the beach.
