Country Villa Neapoli with a relaxing view
The Villa was built in 2005 as a country house. It is used from our family during the summer and winter for relaxation and it is the first stop of our vacations every year.
It is close to the beach of Neapoli (15-20 minutes walk) and is perfect for use as a hub to visit the amazing places near Neapoli (Kythera, Elafonisos and surrounding villages/sightseeings).
You can get to Neapoli by car, bus or ferry (from Kythera). The house is a 15-20 minute walk from the beach of Neapoli, or 3-4 minutes by car, located on the main road connecting Neapoli with Lachi village.
The ground floor of the villa can be offered at an extra price. It accomodates 4 more guests and offers an additional private house of 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with double bed sofa, 1 extra toilet/shower, 1 extra kitchen and private entrance with private balcony. Offered only as an extension of the main house in case of more visitors.
Visitors have access to top floor house with private entry. It Offers 2 double beds (1 bed in each bedroom) and a sofa in the living room, that can sleep 2 once it is opened/expanded. If required, see details of extra room offered from the ground floor part of the villa.

la casa si è dimostrata molto meglio di quello che l'annuncio lascia capire.
tutto pulito e in ordine. finemente arredato e con ogni genere di elettrodomestico
terrazzo con vista mozzafiato.
città non conosciuta ancora dal turismo di massa e per questo molto tranquilla.
proprio quello che cercavamo!!
