17th century mountain villa surrounded by nature among woods and wildlife, welcoming and spacious rooms, large garden with 40,000 square meter forest, ski lifts and several nearby attractions.

The villa is on two floors, ground floor consisting of a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, dining room and study. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the second floor there are 5 very large bedrooms, 2 double beds, 2 queen size beds, 1 single bed.
Beautiful balcony surrounds the house and allows you to see Lake Masserano, the Biellese Alps and even those of the Cuneo area. In the basement there are two cellars used as a storeroom. Private indoor parking.
