Our apartment is perfect for families who appreciate quiet evening time. It is not suitable for anyone interested in nightlife during their stay in Kraków. Please take this into consideration.
Our place is close to Krakow City Center - Old Town - Wawel Castle. 200 meters from the castle and minutes walking to the Krakow Main Square. You’ll love my place because of the the location, high ceilings, sauna, Jacuzzi, walking distance to main attractions, quiet off street location. Our place is good for couples, business travellers, and families. The kitchen is fully stocked with microwave, blender toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and usual amenities.

Our flat is on the ground floor in a off street, quiet inner courtyard so it's very peaceful with no street noise. The layout has very high ceilings with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, with on-suite Jacuzzi bathroom. Also on the first floor is a private bedroom with a Double size bed. The finished basement has a living area with 2 large folding queen size sofa beds. There is also another private bedroom in the basement with a queen size bed and folding sofa bed.

The property has fast internet in all rooms and smart tv's in all bedrooms and the master bathroom with Nexflix and online services. There is a private inner patio with a Weber grill and small area for outdoor cooking.

The property is on the southeast side of the city center and is conveniently situated between Wawel Castle and the Kazimierz district which is known for the Jewish quarter and many nice restaurants and galleries. It's the perfect location where you can walk to everything.

Great location, lovely place!

This was a perfect location...short well to town center and the castle. Ula was very responsive and had our internet fixed promptly when we had an issue. Be aware the third bedroom truly is an office with a couch that turns into a bed. However, my girlfriend slept in there and said it was actually very comfortable just a small room. We would definitely stay here again.

Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Es handelt sich hierbei um eine sehr großzügige, saubere um stilvoll sanierte Altbauwohnung. Wer hohe mit Stuck verzierte Decken mag, und zugleich nicht auf die Annehmlichkeiten einer modernen Wohnung verzichten mag ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, in einem ruhigem gepflegtem Hinterhof gelegen, von wo man in nur wenigen Gehminutet sowohl in die Altstadt als auch in das Nachtleben von Kazimierz, mit seinen zahlreichen Kneipen und Klubs kommen kann. Oben befinden sich neben einer Wohnküche auch zwei geräumige klimatisierte Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und im Untergeschoss ein Aufenthaltsraum und ein Gemeinschafts-Schlafraum mit mehreren Einzelbetten. Insgesamt ist das gesamte Objekt sehr sauber und gepflegt, und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Einziger Minus, dass wir den Schalter für die Sauna nicht finden konnten. Unser Fazit: 5 Sterne und immer wieder!"

Wir können andere Meinungen/Bewertungen zu der Ferienwohnung nicht nachvollziehbar. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt. Es gab Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Die Betten waren normaler Standard. Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, Preis ist vollkommen akzeptabel Das einzige Problem ist die Parkplatzsituation, daran kann die Vermieterin aber weder was ändern noch ist ihr das anzukreiden. Alles in allem Top Appartment, gerne wieder!!!

Luxuswohnung mit Mängeln

Luxuswohnung ja, aber die Liebe fehlt! Sauberkeit der gesamten Anlage, Spinnweben und die Küche. Wir mussten zuerst die Pfannen und Elektroherd vom Fett und angebackenen Öl reinigen. Leider fehlte eine Kaffeemachine sowie Microwelle. Die Musikanlage sowie die TV Geräte waren nicht zu gebrauchen (Kabel hingen teilweise abgeschnitten herunter). Dusche im unteren Geschoß, Wasser lief nicht ab. Kein Parkplatz für Gäste (muß unbedingt erwähnt werden)! Saunaeimer ohne Boden. Einige Glühlampen defekt sowie Glaßkellen zerbrochen. Positiv empfanden wir die Geräumigkeit sowie die Zentrumnahe Lage! Auch die Saune lernten wir Schätzen sowie die geschmackvolle Einrichtung.
