Great location but needs a lot of maintenance.many things not working and the window fell out. Stuck up with tape
Well located with a supermarket and train station under 4 minutes away. The host, Richard, was very responsive to all inquiries. Excellent Lebanese restaurant in the building next door. 10 minute walk to busy area of Chelsea if you like. An excellent stay.
Great location with easy access to everything we wanted to see. Tesco grocery and a few restaurants at the base of the building were very handy. Also, the building never seemed busy as we never had to wait more than a few seconds for an elevator. Would definitely stay again.
Wonderful location. Right by the Thames. Easy walk to parks, restaurants, and shops. One block from the train station, and from there, you can get anywhere in London. Would definitely stay again.
The apartment was spacious and clean, in a good neighborhood, and had great views. Close to the Thames, it had good access to all forms of transportation, including Uber boats. Easy access to everything in London.

The apartment was fine except for the bathrooms, in the distant past there has obviously been a large water leak and the damage is very visable. Redoing bathrooms is expensive but in this case needs to be done. Also, tub and shower is lukewarm at best.
Excellent condition and the host attentive to all our needs.
We arrived a day late due to weather delays. Our host went out of his way to ensure we did not lose a tour we booked with no refund. Assisting us above and beyond to get us there even in our exhausted state, luggage did not arrive with us, our host worked it out so we received benefit of the tour, and checked on us to ensure we made the proper travel connections safely. I would definitely use this host, or a property under his management. We were guests of a friend, not strangers visiting a foreign place.
This apartment was ok for the price we paid. It was farther from all of the tourist type things in London, but a minute walk to the rail station. We really enjoyed having the grocery store in the apartment complex.
Communication with the host was great!
The apartment was functional, but had a lot of aesthetic issues. There was water damage in both bathrooms, one shower was missing the faucet handle and a lot of other little things that needed to be fixed. Not the best place I’ve stayed, but not the worst.
This is a great apartment! Great location – 2 minute walk to Imperial Wharf Overground station, 2 minutes to River Thames walk, 4 to Uber Boat dock. There was a little Tesco in the same complex and a large grocery store within 10 minutes. There were several pubs within walking distance too – loved The Fulham Arms! It needs a little tender loving care as it is an older apartment, little things light bulbs, bathtub faucet, heating rack knob, toilet paper roll, but everything worked perfectly. We had an issue with the hot water the first day and Richard sent a maintenance man to reset it, after that we figured it out and worked fine. The WIFI was wonderful and having a washing machine is always a plus. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was stocked if you want to. We cannot say enough great things about Richard! He was super responsive to any questions and would call to discuss anything to ensure all our needs were met. Recommended.

Just before we arrived, I was contacted by the property manager that the second bathroom shower had fallen from the wall. It appears there had been water leaks in both bathrooms. We shared the one bathroom but had picked the property based upon having two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The kitchen was functional. We found the heating controls difficult to understand and use. The heating control in the second bedroom seemed to not function. The floors and doors were somewhat buckled or swollen, likely due to the water leaks.
The location is great being steps away from the Thames river and about 200 yards from the Imperial Wharf London Transport station. Also there is a Thames River boat (think bus) nearby which can be quicker to get to London City or Westminster (attractions) than the 'Tube.'.
There is a small neighborhood grocery nearby (less than 100 yards) and a larger grocery super market about 1 mile away. Bus service to the super market is available.
The location appears safe and entering the building is via a security 'fob' provided.
We found our stay to be very enjoyable. The apartment is located in one of several apartments areas in Imperial Wharf.
From the windows you can see the train station which is right around the corner when walking. From the train station, you ride for one stop to West Brompton. At West Brompton, you can get on the District or Circle line and get to just about any area of London. It cost us just over 10 pounds a day per person to ride the train and the tube all day long. The trains are frequent which is nice. There is also an Uber Boat dock almost as close by.
There is a small Tesco in the same building and a coffee shop next to it. Next door there is a pizza place, a Lebanese restaurant, and a Chinese restaurant. Across the Piazza is a restaurant on the river with indoor and outdoor seating. Besides that, there are a couple of nice pubs within in walking distance, as well as Chelsea Football Stadium.
I have seen some of the comments written about the apartment and just to be transparent, it is not the Ritz.
Everything is well used and functionable. The kitchen is clean with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and a washing machine. The living room has two sofas a coffee table, a television, and a 4 person dining table. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins. One bathroom has a tub and the other a shower only. The owner provides bedding, towels, and basic supplies. We found it to be perfect!

Grand appartement, bien situé, besoin de mise au goût du jour
Grand appartement situé à moins de 5 minutes de l’Overground et à moins de 2 minutes d’une station d’autobus pour se rendre dans la ville.
2 salles de bain, 2 chambres à coucher, un salon, une cuisine et une salle à manger vous permettront d’être très à l’aise.
Cuisine complète avec lave-vaisselle. Beaucoup de matériel, sauf pour les fourchettes qui ne sont qu’au nombre de 5.
Dans un quartier sur et propre.
Seul bémol au niveau de l’insonorisation. Si vous dormez léger, vous entendrez passer les trains et les Overground. Outre ça, le quartier est fermé à presque toute la circulation, donc peu de véhicules.
L’appartement a sûrement déjà été de luxe, mais il serait dû pour certaines améliorations. La salle de bain a clairement eu un dégât d’eau, des dessus de bureau sont craqués, des traces d’humidité/moisissures dans certains coins de fenêtre.
Comme l’appartement a plus de + que de -, on y trouve son compte. Un bon 4/5.

Tolle Lage, aber total abgewohnt
Das Appartment ist im Grundsatz toll, ganz besonders von der Lage her.
Leider ist es sehr abgewohnt und in schlechtem Zustand. Wir haben den Vermieter direkt nach unserer Anreise informiert, weil die Sauberkeit und von Bädern, Küche und Boden im Wohnzimmer unterirdisch waren. Der Kühlschrank stank nach Fisch und beim genaueren Betrachten befand sich eine ausgelaufene Flüssigkeit darin.
Der Vermieter hat am darauffolgenden Vormittag nachreinigen lassen, danach war es akzeptabel. Der in vorherigen Bewertungen erwähnte Wasserschaden war mehr schlecht als recht behoben, im Badezimmer mit der Wanne war die Decke schimmelig. Ein Stuhl im Wohnzimmer hatte ein lose Sitzfläche, ein weitere war noch mit ekliger Folie bespannt.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, die Wohnung aber dennoch in keinem guten Zustand.
Die Lage ist top, beinahe direkt an der Themse. Ein Stadtteil in dem man sich sehr wohl fühlt.
Leider gibt es in der Wohnung derzeit einen Wasserschaden, wir haben den Aufenthalt aber dennoch sehr genossen. Die Lage ist einfach hervorragend, um London mit der U-Bahn und dem Boot zu erkunden. Der Laden in der Ecke hat alles was man braucht.
