About this property

The Olivastro Vista Mare Residence house is located a stone’s throw from the center, next to the millenary olive trees from which the name of the structure derives. These beautiful trees give an added value to the apartment which is framed by high fronds.

The accommodation located on the first floor is equipped with every comfort. The large lounge will be ideal for moments of relax after a whole day at the beach or for long walks on the trails that our area will offer you.

The presence of two bedrooms makes the apartment ideal especially for families but also for couples.

The peculiarity of this apartment is certainly the large terrace overlooking the sea which is accessed through a spiral staircase. The large independent terrace will allow you to spend your summer evenings in comfort and enjoy the sea breeze just a few meters from the house.

All points of interest are easily reachable since the Olivastro Residence is located in the city center. The nearest supermarket is 10 meters away, as well as restaurants, bars and pizzerias. You can move freely on foot and crossing the playground you will immediately be invaded by the smell of saltiness that will guide you to the beach.

Toller Ort, schöne FeWo

Alles war prima. Ein modernes Appartment in Toplage in Strandnähe. Kleines Minus: Nur 2 Weingläser, kleine Kaffeemaschine und Restaurant gegenüber vom Schlafzimmer (Geruch, Geräusche). War aber alles nicht wirklich schlimm.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles da - was der Mensch so im Urlaub braucht. Gute Lage. Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Ein Strand direkt im Ort. Weitere tolle Strände mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Pizza im Restaurant gegenüber sehr gut. Dieses schließt um 23 Uhr, dadurch ist es dann ruhig. Insgesamt hat alles sehr gut gepasst.

Schöne Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage

Wir haben die Wohnung mit drei Erwachsenen gebucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse mit Meerblick bietet Möglichkeiten zum Sonnen, Essen und chillen und ist sehr groß. In der Wohnung hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Lage im Ort ist sehr zentral, direkt nebenan ist ein Restaurant mit leckerer Pizza, und ein paar Meter weiter ein kleiner Supermarkt mit den nötigsten Dingen. In ca. 300 m befinden sich weitere Restaurants, eine Eisdiele und das Meer mit Strand. Die Wohnung eignet sich auch als Startpunkt für Wanderungen in die angrenzenden Berge. Wir konnten die Zeit sehr genießen. Der Empfang war herzlich und wir wurden mit den nötigsten Dingen vertraut gemacht.
