Fantastic holiday in Santa Maria Navarrese

Great house! Everything was according to the description, even more perfect. Enough space inside and outside for 3 couples. The location of the house is ideal, with shops, pharmacy, butchery, restaurants, cafés, ... nearby. The closest beach was 5 min on foot. We had a very nice stay here and would recommend this house for anyone staying there. Thanks!

Early summer holiday

Very nice house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and garden/porch. Stayed for three weeks here and enjoyed every day of it. Good and easy contact with owner, actually no complaints whatsoever. Thanks to the Owners and the organisation. Recommendable in every aspect. Beach about 5 to 10 minutes walking through the village. Supermarket and other shops within 5 minutes walk. Many restaurants in the village. Small and safe village with large park where locals, tourists and children easily mix, play and feel safe.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Guerino's and Donatella's house in Santa Maria Navarrese. It was well-equipped, comfortably furnished and clean. It was very pleasant to sit outside, even by bad weather. The location was very practical. The sea was within a short walking distance, stores were just around the corner and there were plenty of restaurants in the middle of the town. It was also a very quiet area. Guerino and Donatella were very helpful and flexible. Due to problems at the Airport of departure, we arrived almost midnight, 8 hours late. They were patiently waiting for us and had even fetched a few things at the store so we weren't empty-handed. Whenever we had questions or needed help, they responded very quickly. In sum, we can highly recommend their house for a vacation. Only suggestion: a few wine glasses to drink the delicious Sardinian wine would make things even better!

Gerne wieder. Die Unterkunft war neu renoviert in ländlich-sardischem Stil, es war alles vorhanden, die Lage zu kleinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum Strand kurz, ein niedliches kleines Örtchen. Allerdings erlaubte es die Lage des Hauses nicht, das Auto direkt an der Unterkunft abzustellen.

charmante Wohnung

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und zum wohlfühlen. Einzig die Duschen hatten nicht lange genug warmes Wasser, um die ganze Familie (5 Personen), im Anschluss ans Bad im Meer kurz warm ab zu duschen. Empfehle die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Leider wird das Warmwasser in der Außendusche von der Sonne erwärmt und erreicht daher in den Sommermonaten seine maximale Temperatur. Das Haus ist jedoch mit 2 Innenduschen ausgestattet, deren Wasser warm genug ist, um es immer zu verwenden. Ich bin froh, Barbara und ihre wunderbare Familie bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen

Sauber und zentral gelegen

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Trotzdem zentral zum Einkaufen und nicht weit vom Strand. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend zur Selbstversorgung. Einen Satz Handtücher und ein Geschirrtuch für 11 Tage fanden wir sehr sparsam. Allerdings ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung, die wir wieder buchen würden.

Wurden vor Ankunft kontaktiert, sind dann auch empfangen worden, alles sauber großer Kühlschrank der schon in Betrieb war. Klimaanlage setzte aus, man hat sich sofort darum gekümmert. Strandnah alles perfekt kommen gerne wieder

Nice house close to everything

The house is nice and big. We stayed there (2 couples) for 3 nights. We had enough towels and the kitchen is good equiped. The contact was friendly! It was very quite in this street and the terrace was nice for eating or relaxing. We can recommend it. Just you cannot find the street on maps. The street is directly on the opposite side of the entrance of the church.

Appartement Santa Maria Navarrese

Appartement idéalement placé dans le village dans une rue très calme. Appartement bien conçu pour une grande famille car suite parentale avec salle de bain puis deux chambres avec une autre salle de bain qui se trouve entre les deux chambres. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse et salon extérieur qui procure un espace de vie très agréable et qu’on peut utilisé tout au long de la journée que ce soit le matin à midi ou le soir car protégé du soleil. La seul point qui est dommage c’est qu’il n’y a pas la vie dur la mer mais largement compensé par la qualité de l’appartement et de son emplacement. Vous avez accès depuis l’appartement à tout du commerce àvla mercaccesdibke à moins de cinq minutes et pleins de restaurants dans le village.

Big Appartment with everything you need. Very quiet corner with lots of Shady outdoor space , great for little children, if they are not too loud . Lovely kitchen with all equipment. Santa Maria is wonderful for families. We had a great 2 weeks , thank you Donatella and Guerino!

Alles prima, mit kleinen Abstrichen

Die Wohnung entsprach exakt der Katalogbeschreibung, Ausstattung und Einrichtung waren gut, beispielsweise die schönen Lounge-Möbel auf der Terrasse, die auf den Fotos noch gar nicht abgebildet waren. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider gab es am Ort ein massives Mückenproblem. In der Umgebung waren viele Häuser mit Netzen vor den Fenstern ausgestattet, dieses Objekt aber leider nicht.

Größer als gedacht...

...war diese Ferienwohnung! Auf den Bildern war nicht zu vermuten wie hell und geräumig der Außenbereich und die Wohnung ist. Wir (2 Erwachsene mit 4 Kindern) haben uns dort wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub genießen können. Es gab entgegen der Warnung der Vermieter kaum Mücken. Dafür ein nettes Gecko-Pärchen, dass und allabendlich Freude bereitet hat :-) Insgesamt eine angenehme und saubere Unterkunft mit ausreichender Ausstattung (außer dem Cavatappi haben wir nichts vermisst)!
