Simple Relaxing Apartment

We completely renewed the apartment making it more spacious and colorful! We gathered pieces from family and friends and gave them a new life making the apartment cosy and yet simple.
It is an ideal place for a couple or friends that want to spend a relaxing vacation in Santa Maria Navarrese or to discover the area around with its beautiful unspoiled nature.
It consists of a cosy kitchen-dining room, a bedroom , bathroom and a veranda with flowers.
Wi-fi internet available with no additional costs.
We will be there to meet you on your arrival and tell you about Santa Maria and the surrounding area.
We like talking to people, exchange thoughts, ideas, so if there is anything you would like to know about the apartment or Santa Maria before coming, we will be happy to help you out.

Fantastic accommodation

Simple relaxing apartment, was perfect for us for the 7 nights. Spotlessly clean, Marina has thought of every detail to help your stay feel like home. The apartment has everything you need to feel comfortable. It's location is perfect for walking to the beach, and all the shops you'll need are a short walk away. The beach is beautiful, crystal clear water, beach restaurants and bars. But not over crowded. Communication with Marina was excellent. A superb host. Would stay again.

Es ist eine nette kleine Ferienwohnung mit einer großen teils überdachtenTerrasse. Die Küche lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben super geschlafen und im Bad gibt es keinerlei Beanstandungen.Marina hat uns auch Tips für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben. Das Parken in der ruhigen Seitenstraße ist auch überhaupt kein Problem und in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß beim Coop, Restaurants und am Strand. Superschöne Strände sins 10km und mehr entfernt.Mit der Waschmaschine sind wir auch gleich zurecht gekommen.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit super Lage. Innerhalb von 10-15 Gehminuten ist man am Strand, im Supermarkt und in verschiedenen Restaurants.Dazu ist die Unterkunft sauber, klimatisiert und sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Schlafen, Kochen und einem Strandtag braucht (inkl. Sonnenschirm und Strandstühlen).Das einzige was noch super wäre, ist ein Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, um durchlüften zu können ohne Mücken anzulocken.Kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Auch der Kontakt zur Host (Marina) war jederzeit unkompliziert möglich.

Tolle Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Es ist alles da,was wir brauchten. Die Terrasse ist toll und man kann sogar das Meer sehen. Super Ausgangslage für Wanderungen. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Klare Empfehlung

Herrlicher Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Marinas Appartement und konnten unsere Zeit sehr genießen. Die kleine Wohnung mit Terrasse ist sehr sauber, liebevoll und authentisch eingerichtet sowie mit allem ausgestattet (Kochutensilien, Handtücher…). Zum Frühstück gab es frische Maracujas aus dem Vorgarten. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt! Marina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns (auch bei Extrawünschen) direkt und unkompliziert geholfen! Danke! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, der kleine „Stadtstrand“ sowie der Supermarkt und Restaurants etc. sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir würden das Apartment in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen! :)

Perfekter Urlaub

Wurden bei der Ankunft herzlich von Marina begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe fürs Detail eingerichtet. Sie liegt ca 5 min vom schönen Strand entfernt. Supermarkt und Lebensmittelläden sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist auch ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Der Kontakt mit Marina war perfekt. Sie antwortet sehr schnell auf Fragen und konnte uns super Tipps für Restaurants, Wanderungen und Strände geben. Zusammengefasst ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

FeWo hat Uns fehlgeleitet

Wir wollten mit der eigentlichen Vermieterin eine genaue Adresse unserer Mietwohnung haben, kamen dabei, trotz Angabe unseres Objektes, bei einer anderen Vermieterin, mit ähnlichem Namen heraus, deren Wohnung wir dann bezogen. Jedoch stellte sich leider heraus, dass wir in dem falschen, nicht von uns bezahlten Mietobjekt wohnten, welches wir dann, weil das andere schon bezahlt war leider verlassen mussten. Die Wohnung von Martina selbst ist sehr schön, super gelegen, und Sie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man hat 2 Terrassen, eine große, schöne Küche, mit Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, einen grossen Esstisch, viel Platz zum Kochen. Ein Gäste- oder Kinderzimmer, sowie ein großes, sebarates Schlafzimmer. Das Bad mit Dusche ist schön und sauber. Man braucht von der Wohnung nur 5 Minuten zum Strand, wo man toll schwimmen, schnorcheln und Sonnenbaden kann. Wenn diese Fehlbuchung über FeWo nicht passiert wäre, bekäme dieses Objekt, mit Vermieterin Martina (anstatt eigentlich Marina) ein sehr gut von mir. Vielen Dank (: Grazie*

Schöne Wohnung und ein netter kleiner Ort. Mit dem Auto kann man schöne Strände erkunden.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet- alles da was man braucht. Allerdings eine echte Kaffeemaschine gibt es nicht.

Einfache gute Unterkunft mit liebevoll gestalteter Einrichtung

Wir haben im Herbst 2018 unseren Urlaub in Santa Maria Narravese verbracht und die Relaxing Wohnung gemietet. Alles hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert. Der Zustand der Wohnung entspricht den Fotos. Alles ist sauber, funktioniert und ist in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Das Wohnumfeld ist typisch italienisch und einfach geprägt. Auf dem Weg zum Strand gibt es einen Supermarkt, sowie einen guten Metzger und einen Gemüsehändler. Der hübsche Strand am Ort, sowie nette Restaurants sind fußläufig in ca. 5 - 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Wir (mein Freund und ich) hatten eine wirklich tolle Woche hier ( 11.-18.08.18) Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich, sehr sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles Wichtige in perfektem Englisch erklärt. Zum Strand sind es ca. 5-8 Gehminuten. Man kommt an einem Supermarkt und einem Kiosk mit Luftmatratzen, Schnorchel usw. vorbei beidem man sich für den Strandtag eindecken kann. Wir waren wirklich mehr als zufrieden hier und können uns auf jeden Fall vorstellen wieder zu kommen :)
