Michael’s place was absolutely perfect for me and my husband, but big enough if family or friends wanted to stay also! Just such an open space and wonderful! We enjoyed our stay for 11 days and I was absolutely heartbroken to leave! I will book this rental over and over if it’s available! Outstanding!

Wonderful house/wonderful location

Loved everything about this house. The location and the pool is fantastic. However, with a house this upscale, it could use just a few minor suggestions: there were no beach chairs, a broken umbrella and the kitchen could use a few upgrades such as non-plastic plates and glasses and a decent set of pots and pans. Otherwise, all was very good and would stay again.

What a beautiful home! Spotlessly clean, exactly as pictured, and the outdoor areas were even prettier than pictures with lovely foliage. The pool was also spotless, and the full-size washer and dryer in the garage were a huge plus. Plenty of apps on the large TV in the living room and master bedroom TV - great picture. I had coffee every morning and was able to work outside by the pool every morning, as there was plenty of shade, and the shade returned in the afternoon. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was lovely with lots of neighbors walking their pets. The master and guest beds were comfortable; the guest bed was a bit firmer, which I like, so I chose that room, and the little balcony off that room was nice. We did not use the bunk bed room. Quick and easy communication with Michael, the home was relatively easy to find (note that the house number is on the gate, not the mailbox), and the whole experience was lovely. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit family in Delray. Thank you for a lovely stay, Michael!

An Amazing Vacation Home

The home is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. The pictures were accurate and yet they still didn’t do it justice. The owner thought of everything - a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and beach towels and a binder with ideas for dining, local activities and instructions about the house. The backyard has a pool, bbq and lots of chairs and places to relax. I would highly recommend !!

Enjoyable stay in Delray!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Our family of 4 had enough space so that we weren’t on top of each other. Check in process was super easy and owner was very responsive. The private pool is the highlight of the house IMO. Heated perfectly and the water is crystal clear. We swam in it every day and enjoyed sitting outside at all times of the day. The home has everything you’d need for your stay, including 4 beach chairs, plenty of beach towels and a beach umbrella. Had issues daily with toilets not flushing properly, however water pressure in the showers was just fine. The main TV was difficult to operate. All in all we had a very pleasant stay!

Thankyou for your review. I was not aware of any issues with the toilets but I will have them looked at right away. Please let me know what the TV issue was as the Comcast voice control remote has always made things very easy. So if you could let me know I can also have it looked at.

Awesome home and neighborhood

When you rent a house, you usually see the photos, book and then realize when you get to the place that the pictures where somewhat better than what the real deal. Lighting and filters go a long way to convince you this is the best place you’ll ever see. What we have here is quite the opposite. Looking at the pictures, you tell yourself this is nice. But when you enter the premises, you will find yourself surrounded by an awesome, well taken care of two storey house, well equipped, with an exquisite backyard. Never hesitate to rent, you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent property highly recommend. Is as advertised. Location location location is excellent. One other thing I will add that I didn’t see in any of the reviews I read prior to going that is important to add is all the mattresses and bed lining was very comfortable. Also felt very safe here. We came to visit family in Delray. This place is PERFECT! It is clean and bright and convenient. Michael (the owner) was super responsive and helpful and even allowed us to add an extra night when our flights were cancelled. We will definitely stay there again!
