In the middle of the Haspengouw fruit orchards and near nature reserves, walking and cycling routes. 'Het Vinne' in Zoutleeuw, the largest natural inland lake in Flanders with rich fauna and flora, is within walking and cycling distance.

The energy-neutral villa has 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a spacious living room and modern fitted kitchen, large seating area with see-through fireplace, billiards, private parking for 10 cars, meadows and horse stables, covered terrace and open sun terrace, barbecue, jacuzzi in the garden ...

Perfekt für ein Wochenende mit Freunden

Wir waren ein Gruppe von 10 Freunden, die dem Alltag entfliehen wollten. Das war hier mehr als perfekt möglich. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, jedes Zimmer mit Duschbad, Küche mit allem was man braucht, Betten top! 10/10. Ich freue mich auf nächstes Jahr!

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Uns wurde schnell geantwortet und auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Es war für jeden etwas dabei sowohl Platz als auch Beschäftigung, zusätzlich noch ein paar Spiele dir vor Ort waren. Insgesamt eine unvergessliche Zeit!

Großzügiges modernes Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit 10 Freunden dort und haben unser Wochenende in dem schönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und er war stets für Fragen erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus bietet auf allen Ebenen genug Platz für 10 Leute (genug Betten, Esstischstühle, 10 Sitzplätze auf Couch sowie auf der Terrasse und um das Lagerfeuer herum). Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Anzahl der Badezimmer (eins pro 2-Bett-Zimmer). Gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Draußen kann man überdacht frühstücken oder Abendessen. Die Unterkunft bietet zahlreiche Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten: Grillen, Whirlpool (dazu zu buchen), Gesellschaftsspiele für drinnen und draußen, Billiardtisch, Lagerfeuer,... Der Whirlpool ist wirklich sehr angenehm warm. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen als große Gruppe.

Hervorragendes Haus in abgelegener Lage

Das Haus ist perfekt für Gruppen geeignet. Der Außenbereich und das Erdgeschoss sind sehr offen gestaltet. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Zudem gibt es eine Toilette im Erdgeschoss. Die Küche ist modern. Wir haben auf Grund des guten Wetters fast nur draußen auf der Terrasse gesessen und den Garten genutzt. Feuerholz für die Feuerschale war leider nicht vorhanden, sodass wir uns älteres Holz aus dem angrenzenden Wäldchen geholt haben. Die Umgebung ist etwas einfacher. Ein Spaziergang war möglich. Für alle anderen Aktivitäten empfehlen sich Fahrräder oder Autos. Wir hatten einen wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt! Am besten ist die abgelegene Lage. Man hat selber Ruhe wenn man möchte - stört aber auch niemanden, wenn man bis in die Nacht auf der Terrasse sitzt. Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir wären gerne länger als zwei Nächte geblieben! Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war sehr angenehm, auch wenn wir uns persönlich nicht getroffen haben.

Deze acomodatie voldoet aan vrijwel alle verwachtingen. Heel veel ruimte, een geweldige keuken en dat poolbiljard ! Er nog wel een paar puntjes van aandacht 1 als s nachts de ramen open staan klapperen de deuren 2 niet alle (badkamer) deuren sluiten goed. 3 er ontbreken bedlampjes om s avonds in bed nog even te lezen Maar al met al een prima verblijf in een mooie fiets- en wandelomgeving

Wochenende mit der Familie

Wir, 8 Erwachsene im Alter von 21-56 Jahren, haben ein Wochenende als Familie hier sehr genossen. Besonders gut hat uns der Billardtisch gefallen und die jeweils eigenen Badezimmer. Das Erdgeschoss ist schön großzügig, so dass alle viel Platz haben. Unserem Hund 🐶 Emma hat es auch sehr gut gefallen.

Perfect huis voor een heerlijk weekendje

Jaarlijks gaan we (een groep van 9 personen en sinds kort ook een baby en hond) een weekendje weg. We zochten daarom een groot huisje met minimaal 5 slaapkamers. Dit huisje heeft al onze verwachtingen overtroffen! Iedere slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer met toilet. De keuken is voorzien van alle nodige voorzieningen (4 pits inductiefornuis, 2 ovens, grote koelkast etc) en alles was brandschoon. De pooltafel en hottub zijn een leuke toevoeging aan het huis en natuurlijk niet te vergeten; het mooie rustige uitzicht. We raden dit huisje zeker aan!
