Beach house. West facing and sun all day at Kisla Falls. There are 2 pools and a baby pool, as well as several private terraces and gardens with spectacular views to Kalkan harbour and the Mediterranean.

The Pool Terrace houses the 7x3m private pool which is the largest of the 3 pools at Kisla Falls. It is an infinity pool. It has stone steps into it from one side (perfect for babies and toddlers) and a ladder on the other side. There are uninterrupted sea views. There is a small splash pool as well as an outdoor toilet/ changing area, and shower - perfect for when kids want to jump straight into the pool after a day out. The Pool Terrace has sun all day long from around 10.30am in high season.

A small flight of steps from the Pool Terrace takes you up to the rear of the property and to the rear of the house where you will find the dining area. As it is behind the first floor of the house, it is mainly shaded and features a large inbuilt banquet table covered by a pergola, a cooking area featuring an outdoor prep table, a large claypizza oven and a portable BBQ, an Turkish Ottoman cushioned seating area (known as a kosk) also covered with a pergola. It has a round low level table perfect for mezze and drinks, and a game of cards. This looks on to the plunge pool, which has a side decking area for drinks and towels. The landscaping is laid to travertine with some pots and plants and foliage. The travertine was newly laid in spring 2019.

The Roof terrace is accessed from the inside of the villa and on the top floor of the villa. There is access from the inner hall or from the roof bedroom. You have to see the views from here to believe them. Here you will find sun loungers, an outdoor fridge and bar area, as well as large outdoor sofa suite and coffee table for you to enjoy your sundowner. This terrace was relandscaped in 2019 to give better infinity views of the bay and the sunset. New glass balustrades were also added to enhance the view.

The Breakfast Balcony has gorgeous sofa seating - the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast and watch Kalkan awaken, as the boats go past on their day trip, with an amazing vista of the mountains across the bay.Stunning villa in Kalkan, Turkey. Kisla Falls is situated in one of the best locations in Kalkan. The area is not overbuilt. It's on a quiet road with no houses in front - just full uninterrupted views from all levels over the bay towards the mountains. As such, there is a tremendous feeling of space and quiet. Kisla Falls has full sun all day long, unlike some villas who fall into shade late afternoon. For those who also need shade, we've installed plenty of our pergolas and sunshades and our shade garden offers the perfect cool retreat from the sun. To maximise the amazing views, Kisla Falls has throughout full sliding windows and glass balustrades which give wonderful aspects to the sea. All rooms have air conditioning and large floor to ceiling sliding doors allowing full aspect sea views. Each of the 5 bedrooms has an amazing view of the sea,. In the villa there is a brand new open plan kitchen and dining room with a granite worktops, granite breakfast island plus a breakfast balcony and a separate lounge area.
