Built in 2022, Villa Lea is a beautifully presented 5 bedroom detached villa in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan. The villa is approximately a 15-minute walk from the center of town and just a 5-minute downhill stroll to the sea and the nearest beach clubs.

A modern villa with a cool contemporary design harmonizes beautifully with the natural surroundings and makes the most of an elevated situation overlooking the bay, Mouse and Snake Islands beyond and the glorious Lycian coast.

Bright open rooms lead out on to sun-drenched balconies and a roof-top terrace is perfect for sunbathing and watching the sun set. A gorgeous infinity pool surrounded by marble sun terraces dotted with colorful planters, and a sheltered pergola.

The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and is arranged over three floors plus a separate annex, as follows:

The ground floor comprises the spacious and light living, dining and kitchen areas. Floor to ceiling windows allow light to flood into this area and the décor is minimalist and contemporary. The fully equipped contemporary kitchen has it all, including its own separate AC unit, a rare convenience in Kalkan area villas and a cold water dispenser. The large kitchen island has seating for 5 and is a perfect spot to seep your espresso or wine enjoying bay views. The dining table seats 8 guests. A cloakroom and utility cupboards (with iron and ironing board, etc.) can also be found on this level .

The first floor has three en-suite bedrooms along a hallway with 3 windows to let lots of natural light in: On the east corner is your master with a double bed and a closet area (with a small safe), the middle is a bedroom with two twin beds and on the west corner is another bedroom with two single beds that can easily be arranged as one double bed. All three bedrooms in this floor has their private balconies that offer fabulous, unobstructed views of the bay and the islands.

The roof floor offers a double bedroom en-suite that has access to a private terrace furnished with a large jakuzi and deck ideal for relaxing or sunbathing. On the east side is another large terrace open to all guests. All indoor and outdoor areas on this floor share the same breathtaking view of the bay with the islands on one side and the mountains on the other.

The secondary suite underneath the pool deck has a game room / living room with a fold out double bed, an en-suite double bedroom with a kitchenette and an 850 sq. ft. private garden with unobstructed bay views. The game room offers countless hours of vacation fun with a Playstation 5 console (2 game pads), table soccer and a tournament quality dart board.

Good to know:

• The villa has a private car port. There is also ample off street parking available
• A high speed mesh Wi-Fi system with no dead spots is provided within the grounds of the villa.
• Villa has two big screen LED smart TVs connected with wired internet for fast streaming (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus etc. available)
• Bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided on arrival
• Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided)
• Pack’n Play portable beds are available upon request at no charge.
• An optional welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Shopping deliveries can be arranged
• A Guest Manual with important information about the villa and Kalkan is provided on arrival.
• As the secondary suite at the lower ground level is separately accessed from the main part of the villa, it is not suitable for young unaccompanied children.
