Luxury Detached Villa With *Heated Infinity Pool, Jacuzzi, Children’s Pool + Gym

Serenity II Villa is an architect designed house being built with relaxation and luxury in mind. The Villa is appointed with the highest level equipment and designer furnishing throughout.
All five bedroom have luxury ensuites, two of which have an additional bath and one a private terrace with double, curtained sunbed. Outside, there are two floors of terraces with outdoor eating, seating and sunbathing areas including a covered BBQ eating/lounge area. The 15x5m infinity pool includes jacuzzi positioned to enjoy the stunning sea and mountain views. We also have an additional shallow pool for children or just paddling!

Inside the contemporary luxury continues with rooms having walls of glass to the outside so guests can maximise the breathtaking sea and mountain views. The property is set over 4 floors with the top floor being dedicated to a huge master suite with a private terrace hosting it's own private sunbathing terrace. We have 2 additional master suites with emperor or superking sized beds, ensuites and free-standing baths overlooking the sea. All 5 bedrooms have ensuites and unobstructed sea views. The kitchen, dining room and lounge are situated on the main floor and although open plan, each has it's distinct area.

The property is ideal for families, having an outdoor children's pool, full size table tennis and pool tables. It includes a well equipped gym with indoor jacuzzi, large balconies, marble flooring, laundry room, flat screen TVs, PlayStation, satellite, internet and air-conditioning. Whilst our villa is set in an exclusive and quiet location, Kalkan centre is only a short walk away.

Amazing family Holiday

Before our holiday started it was a pleasure dealing with the Villa's owners as they were more than helpful with great communication and sending us all useful information to help with smooth running of our holiday. Our holiday started once we was greeted by our driver who provided us with chilled water and a small gift for the women in our group which was totally unexpected and the mini bus was extremely comfortable. We was welcome by Billy who explained the running's of the villa and also a mobile phone was provided if you need to contact him at any time. The Villa was beautiful with the most breath taking and stunning views. My grandchildren loved the swimming pool and not forgetting the many family tournaments on the pool table and table tennis. The BBQ was used on a regular bases. We visited many restaurants in Kalkan and they catered well for a party of 12 we especially enjoyed our meal at Poy Poy. Two members in our group are vegetarian and there was a abundance of food for them to eat. I would highly recommend this villa to all, ladies make sure you pack you flat shoes. I would highly recommend this villa, it lived up to our expectations and more.

Steve and I visited Kalkan in October 2009. The charm of Kalkan and the high quality restaurants drew us in. We left with a memorable holiday and also returned home as owners of a building project. This was to be the original! It was part of a small complex of exclusive Villas and one of the first glass fronted contemporary villas to be built in Kalkan. We immediately fell in love with the style, luxury and amazing views and after our first season of rentals and rave reviews we decided to purchase our second Villa in the same area and same builder - Serenity II. Kalkan has also worked it's charm on our children (ages 17 -22) and our parents who love the people, history, boat trips, diving, turquoise blue sea and delicious food- hence the need for a larger villa!

Serenity villa is located in an exclusive area of luxury villas. It benefits from the most amazing sea and mountain views. It has been designed by a British interior designer with pieces sourced worldwide. Additionally Serenity pools can be heated at a small additional cost.
