Second time staying at this beautiful villa!

We loved this villa so much last year that we decided to stay again this year. Both the property and the hosts were wonderful! The hosts went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure our trip was perfect. I highly recommend this villa for anyone traveling with larger group.

Villa Grande

Outstanding host and a wonderful villa to stay in. Rooms very well presented with en-suites. Plenty of outside space with a great swimming pool. 5 minute walk to the beach and local restaurants. Excellent host that is on hand to answer any questions when required. Wonderful holiday destination.

Everything from booking to checking in and checking out has been first class. Attila the owner replied back with answers and solutions to everything we asked. The villa is fantastic, the views stunning and felt like home from the start. There was nothing the villa didnt have that we required and if we did need anything Attila would of made it happen. Wouldnt hesistate to stay here again.

Fab Villa in Quiet Location

The villa was the star of our holiday. It can hold 13 people but we were a smaller group. Perfect location and views over the sea for sunsets on the 4th floor terrace with its own kitchen and entertaining area. The large bedrooms were excellently decorated with nice linen and fabrics and the bathrooms are high end Finnish. The location is out of town and its a bit of an effort to walk up the hills but for us we benefited so much from the peace and quiet as well as access to the beach clubs that this worked best for us. Kalkan is a friendly and stylish town but a little on the expensive side. The locals call it the Monaco of Turkey.

What a fantastic two weeks

We have just come back from a fantastic two week stay at Villa Grande. There were 8 adults in our party and we all agree that the Villa was outstanding. It was like a home away from home, there was everything we needed for our holiday whether it was lounging by the pool, having a BBQ or cooking in the kitchen everything we needed was there. The host was very friendly and made us feel welcome. They provided us with lots of information regarding what there was to do in the area, where to get the shopping and provided contact details of people that could assist us. If we had any queries they responded very quickly. Overall we had a fantastic holiday in a lovely Villa. Would definitely stay at Villa Grande again, the area (Kalkan) was beautiful and the views from the Villa outstanding.

Family holiday

Unusually, the reality of Villa Grande exceeded even the wonderful photographs. The layout and design of the villa is superb allowing plenty of space for this family of 5 to relax and socialize at the villa itself and for teenagers to return from Kalkan at various times of night without causing any disturbance to other family members. The villa is furnished tastefully and to an extremely high standard with comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning and perfectly effective mosquito blinds allowing one to rest and sleep without interruption. It enjoys stunning views over Kalkan Bay and is only a few minutes' walk from the beach and several good restaurants. In terms of quality, design, location and standard of maintenance I cannot recommend Villa Grande too highly.

Of the many villas we have stayed in throughout Europe, this villa was by and far the best appointed. Everything you need in a kitchen was there. The outdoor space was fantastic with great loungers around the pool. Pool toys for all ages. A very comfortable table for 11 of us to eat around. The charcoal BBQ was a delight, with all implements provided. Air con in all rooms was very quiet and efficient. Everyone in our party felt the beds were very comfortable and the ensuite excellent. Attila our Property Manager provided us with tour recommendations, places to eat, places to shop. No request from us was ignored, he responded often within minutes. He was a role model host. The layout of the house is conducive to having a large family or friendship group. We were even able to access the Cricket test held in the UK and the Euro Women's football held in Switzerland (which we played on the large outdoor screen for atmosphere. The rooftop is an absolute must with kitchen, fridge freezer and plenty of glasses meaning sunsets were an absolute joy for all of us. I whole heartly recommend this villa and its staff to you

Our family spent a week at Villa Grande during our vacation in Kalkan, and it was one of the best vacation rental experiences we have ever had. The villa is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Every room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The beds were excellent, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The pool and gardens were meticulously maintained, and the sea views were spectacular. I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi room on the top floor, a peaceful place to relax at the end of the day. We loved spending evenings on the terrace watching the sunset and the lights of Kalkan across the hillside.What truly sets this property apart is its owner. From the moment we booked, he was attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure our family had a wonderful stay. We arrived to find fresh fruit, bread, eggs, cheese, and drinks waiting for us, an incredibly thoughtful gesture after a long journey. Throughout our stay, he shared recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and activities. It was clear that he had carefully considered every detail a guest might need.Our family found the villa perfect for everyone. At the end of our stay, he personally stopped by to say goodbye and wish us safe travels. If we return to Kalkan, this will be the first place we look to stay. We give our highest recommendation to both the property and its wonderful host.

Beautiful, family-friendly villa in a gorgeous location

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Villa Grande. The house is clean, well-furnished, and located in a quiet neighborhood very close to the beach. The house easily accommodated 12 of us. We took advantage of the pool every day as well as the many nearby restaurants. The hosts were very communicative and helped us every step of the way with planning our trip.
