Located in the beautiful village of Belvézet (15 'from Uzès), this pretty village house will delight you with its authentic charm, the layout of these spaces, the calm, the beauty of the place and its location near the center of Uzès .

The interior space of the main building (where 2 bedrooms are located) is organized on 2 levels. On the ground floor, there is an equipped kitchen / dining room, a toilet, a cloakroom and a large bedroom (double bed) with dressing room and bathroom with bath and shower and toilet. There is also a utility room with dryer, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Upstairs, there is the living room, with a wood stove and satellite TV, as well as a beautiful bedroom (double bed) with bathroom (with shower) and toilet. This room also has a cot for babies.
The other 2 bedrooms are accessed via independent access from the courtyard. One via the staircase leading to a tower. This double bed room with small bathroom (shower) and toilet is located on 2 floors and has a lovely terrace (solarium) with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside.
The 4th bedroom, accessible directly from the courtyard, was entirely built in stone 2 years ago. Also designed on 2 floors, it consists on the ground floor of a bathroom (with shower), toilet and a single bed and upstairs (mezzanine) of a double bed.

The courtyard, surrounded by a wall of old stones, has an area of approximately 90m2. It is equipped with a WEBER gas bbq, a small table, a large table and chairs and sun loungers. The heated swimming pool, with a dimension of 4x3 m and a depth of 1.40 m, occupies a central position in the courtyard.

An area in front of the house can either serve as a parking lot that can accommodate 4 cars or serve as a pétanque track or simply as a terrace.

The village of Belvézet has a café / restaurant which also stores bread.
