The all-new villa "Paliouri Sea Lounge" is a 5-minute walk from the beach and is located above the five-star hotel Miraggio Thermal Spa in the area of Xiny, about 6 km from the village of Paliouri.
The fully air-conditioned villa features an equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a spacious lounge with a fireplace and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with two balconies and a large bathroom with a bathtub.
The outside space of the villa with the garden, the large veranda, the sun beds and the stone benches with the table is the ideal choice for families, couples and friends. The excellent location of the villa offers a spectacular view of the sea, the blue of the Aegean Sea.
