The land surrounding the house, which was previously occupied by vegetable gardens, was specially designed to offer a place where you can enjoy the open air and nature: go running, relax, play football, eat, go for a walk, etc. Even the swimming pool installations have been carefully designed to blend in with the natural setting, using the right colours and shapes of the surrounding scenery. This is equipped with a water chlorination system by means of the electrolysis of the salt which guarantees a correct treatment and high quality of the water, as well as a greater sustainability.

Sustainability has also been taken into account both outside the house and indoors. Therefore, we have preserved all the possible architectural features, replacing anything that had deteriorated and combining the past with modern day living. All this has resulted in a cosy and comfortable accommodation.
