It has four bedrooms; one ground floor king-size, one ground floor family room with 2 sets of children's bunks, one first floor king-size and one first floor twin. There is a ground floor bathroom and a first floor shower room. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a conservatory. Outside has a patio area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for two cars. Ty Taid is the perfect choice for a coastal retreat.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player, a selection of books, games, DVDs and children's toys and WiFi. Off-road parking for 2 cars, additional parking on roadside. Patio and lawn with furniture and barbecue area. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7 mins walk and pub 5 mins walk. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £300 for this property. Note: No hen/stag or similar groups. Note: Dogs are not to be in the bedrooms and please bring own dog beds, blankets and towels.
