Large carriage apartment featuring king size bed, seating area that includes a couch that makes a bed, lots of floor space in case you want to bring others so we also furnish an air mattress,, kitchenette with everything you need, bathroom furnished with all your need. No need to move your car once it is parked in your Private parking spot.... You can walk to the Square in 3 minutes, the Grove in 5 minutes and the football stadium in 8 minutes. Homeowners live in detached home on property so they are there to assist you should you require anything special!

Outstanding

Outstanding experience!!!! This place is perfect in every aspect. The location is amazing being two blocks from the square and a few blocks from campus. The owners are very friendly and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The loft has everything you need. It’s very clean and comfortable. Don’t hesitate to book this property for your next visit to Oxford.

Hidden Gem

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating! We loved the Oxford and Ole Miss memorabilia inside the carriage house, and the location is so convenient! Being able to walk to the Square and campus on a game weekend is a huge bonus! Will definitely come back.

Perfect Location

Whether you walk to campus or to the square, this is the best location in town. Super clean and spacious apartment in the back of the host’s property. There was enough privacy as well. Molly and Ed were very sweet. Highly recommend this rental.

This large loft apartment is above a two car garage which houses our exercise room & art studio plus a washer/dryer room. We do not use garage to park a car! The loft has its own private entrance and inside stairway. Also has its own heat and air, 2 ceiling fans and large walk in closet. There is an outside space with a swing and Adirondack chairs to enjoy fresh air!

Why they chose this property

This is the BEST location in all of Oxford! Two minutes to the historic square and about 8-10 minute walk straight to Ole Miss campus. No need to move your car. Walk to eat, watch games or meet friends.
Also we live in the main house so are available to help with any last minute things, reservations, grove chairs, extra cooler..... Anything at all!

What makes this property unique

Our home is a 1927 Victorian home which has been completely renovated. The property feels like you are in the country when you are right in the middle of Oxford! Large trees, beautifully landscaped, well maintained! Come see us!
