About this property

Large and coquettish country house, taken care of down to the smallest detail for the use and enjoyment of its visitors. Inaugurated in July 2011.

Small town located in the heart of the Sierra del Segura in Albacete, surrounded by towns such as Riópar, Ayna, Elche de la Sierra and Yeste, less than 20 km from places like Los Chorros del Río Mundo in Riópar.

With a maximum capacity of 15 people as the house has: 3 rooms with a bed of 150 cm, a room with 2 bunk beds, a double room and another triple room. We also have 2 extra beds and a sofa bed located in the dining room. All rooms have their own bathroom, heating and television.

It has been decorated with the utmost care, thinking of yours and our comfort. You just have to visit us to enjoy it.

In addition around the house we have covered barbecue, playground and private pool.

Buena estancia de fin de semana

La casa es acogedora desde el primer momento con un montón de facilidades. Dispone de un elemento importante, las mosquiteras en todas las ventanas, ya que está situado en medio del campo, muy necesarias. Buen inmobiliario e ideal para escapadas.

Una pasada!

La casa es increíble, muy bien cuidada, y limpia. Tiene de todo! Además Miguel y su familia son un encanto. Mis amigas y yo no pudimos disfrutar más el fin de semana :)

Fallo en limpieza

Estuvimos esta semana santa y aunque la casa es nueva, amplia e ideal para grupos grandes y con niños, nos llamó la atención la falta de limpieza. Mantas y toallas malolientes, baños sucios, ventanas sin mosquiteras que hacían que al ventilar las habitaciones se llenaran de mosquitos y moscas. El exterior con amplio jardín y columpios para los niños , pero con muchísimas colillas de cigarrillos por el suelo y teníamos q estar quitandoselas a los niños pequeños de las manos. Estuvimos con un pequeño perro y no tuvimos que pagar suplemento, cosa que se agradece. El trato con el propietario, correcto. Una pena, porque la casa está muy bien.
