Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all garbage in the cans located in garage and place them OUTSIDE the garage with the lids securely placed. Do not leave any garbage outside of the cans.
Please turn AC down to 75 (thermostat in the den and the guest bedroom located closest to the back of the house)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum stay during July and August is 30 days

No parties or large gatherings and maximum of 4 cars in driveway
