This rural house is located in the rural center of Sevares. Environment of privileged and splendid landscapes, meadows and mountains, such as those of the Sueve Nature Reserve, (land of the Asturcon horse) and the Ponga mountain range, included in the Picos de Europa region. Next to Cangas de Onis, to the Sanctuary of Covadonga and its Lakes.

The house has three floors (200 m2), with three double rooms, (capacity 6 fixed seats + 2 extra.), 2 bathrooms, living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, heating, garden with fruit trees, 400 m2 and garden furniture, garage and parking. It also has a piano.
