About this property
VTR THE OLD VINE. IN THE SIERRA DE SEGURA- CAZORLA NATURAL PARK
La Vieja Parra, Tourist Housing (VTAR / JA / 00628). With capacity for up to twelve people and equipped with bed linen, towels, central heating, air conditioning, it has three floors -the last attic with terrace-, three full bathrooms, a toilet, kitchen with dishwasher, living room and a large patio that includes a game room with foosball, target and varied table games, decorated with our collection of ethnographic objects, also ideal place to taste the barbecues made in the patio.
The attic is a diaphanous space with magnificent views of the upper part of the town and the surrounding mountains. This last floor has different environments and uses: living area with TV, library and music, dining or work table, bedroom, bathroom and terrace. During the day we have a large room, bright and cheerful. At night, bedroom with capacity for four people. The terrace is intimate, with views, sunny during the day and open at night to a fantastic starry sky, with hardly any light pollution.
The town of La Puerta de Segura is located in the Natural Park of Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas. In it you can walk quietly along the walks of the Guadalimar riverbank, visit its steep old neighborhoods, hiking along routes that begin in the same urban area. Its strategic situation makes it the ideal place to visit the rest of the mountains and make excursions to World Heritage cities such as Úbeda and Baeza.
