XIII century cottage surrounded of vineyards

We are in the higesth part of the wine D.O. Penedès in the Alt Camp county. The area has a lot of history since it was a border area betweet the christian and muslim part in the middle ages. The landscape is wonderfull with forest and vineyards. From the mountains you will have dramatic viwes and in the clearer days you will see the sea. The strongest point are the vineyards and the wine we make.The agriculture is organic and the wins are certified as such.

La maison est bien entretenue au calme dans les vignes dans un tout petit village.Il y a juste deux bains de soleil quand on est nombreux c'est un peu juste pour se reposer autour de la piscine qui se trouve en contrebas de la maison à l'extérieur.Il faut compter 30 minutes dans les routes enlacées pour arriver au premier super marché.Luis est une personne serviable il nous a donné des informations pendant notre séjour. Nous avons eu des soucis avec des coupures d'eau et d'électricité trois jours de suite malheureusement il ne pouvait rien faire puisque c'était général.

Gràcies per la teva resposta Fabrice. És cert que els grans supermercats estàn a 20 km, però al mateix poble de el pla de manlleu hi ha un de petit que té un Assortiment prou ampli per satisfer qualsevol necessitat. També a Pontons, a 9 km hi ha un altre petit supermercat amb productes de gran qualitat i, per últim, a 3 km està la botiga del horticoltor Joan de la Torre on trobes verdura i fruta del temps i ous de les seves gallines. En quant les tumbones en tenim dues que es reclinan al 100% i dues més que es reclinen parcialment a banda d’altra mobiliari de jardi. Lamento els talls parcials de llum i aigua ocasionats per unes obres públiques sobre les que no puc fer res. Aquestes obres han coincidit amb la vostra estada. Repeteixo, ho lamento però aquesta situació no és freqüent, ni molt menys. Pel demés agraeixo molt la vostra estada, heu estat uns hostes excelents i heu deixat la casa molt bé. Sense cap mena de dubte us tornaria a llogar la casa.

No entiendo tu comentario. Cuando llegásteis te informé de un supermercado Cal Suriol que está en el pueblo a 1km. que tiene abierto todas las mañanas de lunes a domingo, tienen de todo incluido pan y carniceria y embutidos de elaboración própia. También de una eco-tienda a 2 km que lleva un payes donde puedes comprar fruta, huevos, aceite km 0. En una área de 10-15 km hay varios supermercados. Puntué la comunicación con cinco estrellas pero por lo que veo me equivoqué

Très belle maison, environnement calme. Piscine agréable. Le logement était très propre à notre arrivée et le propriétaire nous a tout expliqué. Je recommande !

Fin de semana en familia

Fin de semana de encuentro familiar fantástico. Hemos estado muy a gusto en la casa. Entorno entre viñedos y paseíto hasta el pueblo para comprar comida plano y fácil. Lluís, el propietario, muy amable y atento con todo lo que hemos necesitado. La casa muy acogedora, pero le falta el lavavajillas.

Fácil, limpio y muy agradable.

Hemos pasado 7 noches con amigos en La Fàbrega y todo ha salido perfecto. La masía ha sido rehabilitada con muy buen gusto: cuenta con varios espacios que parecen a estrenar, una piscina a pocos pasos (más grande de lo que parece en la foto), baños nuevos y con duchas que funcionan perfectamente, sábanas de muy buena calidad. Lluís ha sido muy amable en todo momento y nos ha dejado nuestro espacio para sentirnos como en casa. Recomiendo totalmente esta escapada.

Fin de semana familiar

Ha sido un fin de semana unico y muy especial . Hemos celebrado mi cumpleaños en familia. Vistas preciosas y mucha tranquilidad, hay un pueblecito al que puedes ir andando y comprar embutidos y carne como no se encuentran(produccion propia) o tomarte algo en el casino. El trato de los dueños a sido inmejorable, super amables y todo facilidades, la casa espectacular y super bien equipada sin duda repetiremos. Muchas gracias lluis por hacerlo posible un abrazo muy fuerte a los 2.

Estubimos el fin de semana pasado, un grupo de amigos, y fue una estancia excelente! La casa muy comoda y bonita, lo unico a mejorar seria si pudiera tener horno y wifi. El trato con el propietario inmejorable!! Muchas gracias por todo. Maria.

Fin de semana espectacular!!!

Lo hemos pasado genial!!! Ha sido un fin de semana estupendo!!! Hemos estado cuatro amigas con las respectivas familias y mascotas incluidas y ha sido lo mejor del verano!! La casa una pasada, todo súper nuevo y súper limpio, y el trato con el propietario ha sido muy bueno. Totalmente equipada con sábanas y toallas... aunque la noche de las "pizzas" echamos un poco de menos el horno... Los niños lo pasaron en grande y además visitaron a las ocas, patos, gallinas, gallo y conejos!! Muchas gracias por este estupendo fin de semana!!! Repetiremos seguro!!!
