"THE COOL HOUSES" is a modern twin cottage, located in the "LA CARÚA" neighbourhood, roughly 500 yards to de center of Llanes Villa, with a direct walk through an ample path only for pedestrians and cycles, bordering the Carrocedo gorgeous small river.

One level with no steps 80 square meters each house, sunny 15 sq. mts. terrace, comfortable furnished plus an 90 sq. mts. separated grass garden, both south-east oriented. Common ample private parking for two cars.

In additon, each house has two bed-rooms, one with a double-bed 1.5 meters wide and the other with twin 1.05 meters wide beds. Two bathroms, fully equipped . Kitchen-saloon fully stylish furnished in comfortable high modern standard. All modern conveniences are incorporated: Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Induction VitroCerámica, Microwave, flat screen TV, etc ..."

Estancia perfecta

Es la segunda vez que estoy, y pienso repetir. Las casas son nuevas, con camas muy cómodas y una gran tranquilidad,están a 10 minutos a pie del centro de llanes, y es lo que hace que sólo se escuche la naturaleza. Felipe te dará un trato exquisito, se desvive porque tengas una estancia perfecta, cosa de agredecer. Tiene WiFi que funciona perfectamente y la limpieza de la casa es de destacar. Volveremos!!

"Inmejorable: Casa preciosa, moderna, cómoda y propietario encantador"

Acabamos de pasar este fin de semana (10, 11, 12 y 13 de junio-2016) en una de las dos casas que conforman: "The Cool houses". Hemos estado cuatro amigas y hemos podido disfrutar de una casa preciosa, moderna, límpia, acogedora, nuevísima y muy cómoda, ubicada a 10 minutos andando del centro de LLanes, comunicada a través de una senda que invitaba a pasear. Hemos disfrutado de la casa y de un íntimo jardín, bajo cuyo porche, hemos hallado un lugar de silencio y tranquilidad en el que leer o compartir una charla con tus amig@s, con una cervecita o un buen vino, que invitaba a las mayores confidencias, así como a compartir anécdotas y reír o, incluso, ¡¡cantar!! con el acompañamiento de pájaros y hasta de una animada ovejita... jeje! Ha sido un gran fin de semana y mucho se lo hemos de agradecer a Felipe, el propietario, que además de encantador y amable, nos ha ofrecido su gran conocimiento del entorno y de su tierra, apuntándonos sobre un mapa lugares de interés que han resultado ser verdaderos paraísos naturales y asesorándonos, además, sobre a dónde ir a comer, lo que se convirtió en uno de los tantos aciertos que hemos tenido en esta escapada. Comimos, por cierto, en "El Cuera", precioso restaurante, con gente muy amable y una cocinera espectacular, donde hemos regalado a nuestro paladar de otra inolvidable experiencia. Si estáis valorando ir a Asturias, dejaros seducir por este alojamiento, que tan sólo tiene ventajas, os lo aseguro!! Muchas gracias Felipe! Volveremos sin duda. Estrella, Coral, Marije y Toñi
