Seasoned VRBO owners offering a "Best Destination in Scottsdale" --THE AVENUE -- we revamped and refreshed this Arizona cozy rancher cottage home -- appropriately named THE AVENUE -- as she resides on 1st Avenue. This home is flush with the charms of a quaint and stylish private home in the heart of trendy Old Town Scottsdale. Guest Rav and Repeat their visits -- check out our 5-star reviews!
We welcome any traveler whether local or from far-off lands, THE AVENUE has 3 lovely West Elm styled well-appointed bedrooms all with comfy Queen Beds, Luxury Hotel linens and thoughtful touches. The home has 2 full bathrooms (showers only no tub in home), relaxing lounging areas and a fun backyard setting (completely secured back with a fenced in with a block wall; enjoy a game of cornhole, or a relaxing Sunday brunch or in shoulder seasons warm up in the cool desert nights with outside fire pit or indoor Fireplace.

Oriana is currently a successful residential realtor for the past 9 years with Sotheby's and Justin in the global hotel business. Why they chose this property
This is one of our favorite neighborhoods in the whole Valley. (and that is saying a lot coming from a Realtor!!) It is quaint and so special as it is the most walkable to the center of all things Old Town Scottsdale. We love the feeling of being in a quaint private neighborhood, yet within minutes being in the heart of it all, entertainment, hair salons galore, shops a plenty, beauty in the galleries and museums -- even the Scottsdale School for Artists if you want to immerse yourself in a class with some masters -- or catch a baseball game in Spring Training.... or Walk the Canal to Sunday Brunch or hike Camelback. It is all at your fingertips and literally just requires tying your shoe laces!
What makes this property unique
Apart from Location! Location! Location! - This home is so relaxing and fun. It feels warm and welcoming and we love the kitchen space to be able to hang out with friends. We love the lounge living space. It's just a cozy room to watch a movie or to read a magazine or book. We love the overall charm of the house and its location, location, location!
