Stone house of about 75m2 located on a plot of 4,000m2 with centuries-old olive trees. The house has two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room-kitchen, outdoor terraces, BBQ, private pool of 4x4m. Adapted for the cold months with fireplace in the living room and electric heating in the rooms and bathroom. The orientation of the property is South-West, very sunny and overlooking the Serra de Tramuntana.

A lovely stay with an incredible view!

My partner and I loved our visit to the Stone House. It is such a beautiful little property with a gorgeous pool and very friendly and helpful hosts. Would absolutely visit again!

Lovely, Cozy Countryside Stay

The place is in a beautiful location with a view. The basic creature comforts are covered and there's even an adorable cat that comes to visit. The hostess was attentive and helpful with recommendations for the area.

Peaceful, Private

We had a wonderful stay at Ses Motes for our honeymoon. The property feels very private, and is located a short drive up the hill from Sóller. The house has everything you'd need, and the plunge pool has gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains! Mar was a generous, communicative host. Highly recommend Ses Motes to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Magical stay

Mar’s home is an oasis. Everything from the pool to the outside seating to the kitchen and bedroom is perfect. My partner and I had the most relaxing stay. Not to mention, Mar and her husband helped us when we ran into some car trouble - they went above and beyond. Cannot recommend this place enough, and we hope to be back soon.

Solitude and calm

From my initial checkin with Mar ( who was delightful and knowledgeable on all aspects of the area ) , my stay at the farmhouse was most memorable. The situation is superb and although it feels remote , you are only five minutes away from Soller . From private beaches to the fine restaurants around Port Soller and Diea , it was an amazing experience.

Outstanding in every way!

See Motes truly exceeded our expectations - peaceful and serene, yet close enough to nearby villages of Soller/Port Soller, Deia etc - it was a beautiful location & a stunning stone home! The living spaces were great, and we loved the pool as well. Mar was so helpful with her local recommendations, and helping us settle in on our arrival to the property. Perfect in every way - and we will hope to return again one day soon - can’t recommend Ses Motes highly enough!

Soller oasis

Lovely to come back to the cottage after touring on a hot day for a dip in the pool. Great to have a washing machine and Mar provides detergent! We only needed to contact Mar once through the 10 day stay and Mar’s husband came right over even though it was 9:30 pm. We were very comfortable, thanks Mar.

A perfect place to be

Mar's tasteful finca Ses Motes was fully covering our expectations. Her space offers a perfect opportunitiy not only to relax profoundly but even to discover the whole island's nortwestern and southwestern coast within an easy driving hour at most. We loved the comfortable bed, wide and soft blankets, a fully equipped kitchen, the romantic chimney, the generous outspace, morning sun at the stylish pool and the lovely silence around. A truly life-changing stay

Staying at Ses Motes was a dream unfolding each day beginning with the sunrise each morning, pink skies over the mountains viewed from bed. Breakfast outside serenaded by bird song greeting the day. The sun's journey over the stone house, over the olive trees, lying each day drenched in golden light by the pool, looking out at the terraces, the hills, mountains, and valley below. Nature's harmony, simplicity, bliss, perfection. Watching the moon set and going inside to sit by the fire. Then doing it all over again. A treat for the senses, body, mind, and spirit that we will never forget. Nothing will be the same after Ses Motes. Perfectly located in every way. Easy driving access to the village and by foot to a handful of incredible walking trails. The energy that surrounds this place is pure and beautiful. We will be back.

Very beautiful home in a calm surrounding

Our stay at „Ses Motes“ was so lovely and relaxing! The house is very nice and nicely furnished. The view from the property is breathtaking - it is perfect to calm down. Mar is a really friendly and accommodating person and is always available if you need help. I can highly recommend a vacation at this house :-)

Tolle Lage, nette Vermieterin

Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, Finca war einfach zu finden. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut (allerdings keine Kaffeemaschine, nur Espresso - zur Information). Die Finca ist sehr schön gelegen und auch die Anlage mit dem Pool ist toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell in Soller bzw. Port de Soller. Insgesamt gesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Einzige Manko: Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern und Türen oder eine Klimaanlage wären toll gewesen. Wegen den nächtlichen hohen Temperaturen mussten wir Fenster und Türen auflassen, damit wir einigermaßen schlafen konnten. Von den drei Finkas die wir in den drei Wochen hatten, war diese die schönste!

Ses Motes is a lovely little house in a stunning location on its own amongst olive trees about 5 mins by car from Soller. The owner Mar is super friendly and helpful and now that we have discovered Ses Motes we will definitely be coming back!

Un lieu magnifique et confortable

Nous avons adoré séjourner à Sóller et à Ses Motes. Tout est parfaitement organisé pour qu’on se sente bien. L’accueil est charmant. La location est confortable (literie excellente), l’endroit est paisible (mais très proche de la ville) et très joliment décoré. Idéal à notre avis pour 2 à 3 personnes. Dépaysement total et ressourcement. J’ai hâte d’y retourner quand il fera un peu plus chaud pour essayer la piscine cette fois !
