Valdezaque is a farm of 140 hectares typified by the Junta de Extremadura as ecological, both its large pasture of cork oaks and holm oaks, as well as orange and olive trees. Valdezaque is also dedicated to the breeding and fattening of 100% acorn-fed Iberian pigs that live in this habitat.
