About this property

It is a very cozy house to enjoy a few days with the family, in a very quiet village with beautiful views of the botijas valley. The house has 4 bedrooms (3 double bed and 1 double), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and a very large patio where you can barbecue to eat, dine, relax, have fun playing or with a small photo col. As a gift to the customer we offer two bottles of vintage wine and some nuts.

Estuvimos 8 personas mas un peque de dos años un fin de semana de septiembre. La casa esta bien ubicada si quieres realizar rutas o visitar algunas poblaciones cercanas. Nosotros fuimos a hacer ruta en piragua por las hoces del duraton y estuvimos haciendo rutas por la zona. La casa esta muy bien equipada y recien reformada. Tiene un patio fantastico con barbacoa y disponiamos de leña de sarmientos cortesia de los propietarios. Los propietarios tambien nos dejaron dos botellas de vino lo que fue todo un detalle. La relacion calidad/precio es muy buena y sin duda nos quedaremos con la referencia para proximas ocasiones.

Una pequeña Joya

Esta casa es una pequeña joya. Se nota que, en su decoración y organización, se ha puesto muchísimo mimo y cariño. Está muy bien equipada, limpia, con detalles trabajados y especiales. El trato con la dueña, excelente, muy atenta y dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento. El entorno es una maravilla, en plena Ribera del Duero, cerca de pueblos con mucho encanto y multitud de bodegas. En sus senderos puedes encontrar plantas y aves de todo tipo, ideal para hacer senderismo. El pueblo, muy tranquilo. Hay poca infraestructura (apenas una tienda y un bar), por lo que es recomendable venir con las provisiones de casa o reponer en los pueblos cercanos. Si hay que poner "peros", serían que a pesar de poner que hay televisión, no tiene cobertura (se pierde la señal continuamente) y que no hay tampoco cobertura para todas las compañías de teléfono (orange, por ejemplo no funciona). Están trabajando en solventar estas incidencias.

Muy agusto en el casa y en el entorno

La casa está muy completa, no le falta detalle (algún juego para niños, todo tipo de utensilios de menaje, leña para la barbacoa y un patio muy amplio con sofá...).. Si tuviéramos que destacar algo sería la limpieza y lo calentita que esta la casa. Pero sobretodo la amabilidad y la atención de Mari Carmen, la propietaria de la casa, siempre disponible y dispuesta a todo lo que necesitemos, nos informo de donde podíamos comprar y que visitar. Además el entorno no puede ser más bonito. Una estancia de 10. Desde luego un sitio para repetir en las diferentes estaciones del año. Asique volveremos!!
