About this property

Large apartment, about 1250 sq feet, handsomely fully furnished and fully equipped. Each room has a queen size bed. One bathroom is with walk in shower, the other with classical tub and shower. There are two TV sets in the apartment. It is located on the second floor with netted balcony. There is a lot of light through out unit. Laundry is on the premises as well.

Apartment is located close to the swimming pool, tennis courts and the club house within Winter Park I condominium complex. Heated swimming pool itself is one of the biggest in the Naples. If you enjoy swimming in the pool you will have one of the best opportunity and experience.
Winter Park is not more than 10 min drive away of Naples down town, 5th Avenue and Naples beaches. All style of restaurants are at hand. Beautiful park with best children playground is there as well.

Clean and well stocked apartment. Check in was easy and the host was responsive.. I was there for 10 days without any issues at all. Very quiet area.

Nice Place Sleeps 6

I stayed at this place with a friend while I was getting mold detox treatment in Naples. Upon arrival there was a fresh pineapple and wine waiting on the dining room table a great added touch to the welcome. The kitchen is open above the sink which looks into the rest of the condo. This allows for lots of light throughout the living space. (not every condo is open some have cabinets above I noticed) The Kitchen came well equipped and everything worked good. The condo would be ideal for a large family as It does sleep 6. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room plus the two bedrooms sleep a total of four. The couches were comfortable and the TV is huge. The master bedroom is fantastic with the walk in bathroom in the room. This bathroom has a walk in closet. There are two bathrooms which worked great for my friend and I to both be able to get ready at the same time. The only negative that we found while staying here was that when our neighbors would have their TV on or walk around their place, in the night, it literally sounded like they were walking in our condo...other than that it was FANTASTIC. I would def stay here again and refer the place to friends. On the grounds there is a HUGE swimming pool. It was so warm as we swam at sunset one night. Also there is a nice sized tennis area. The people staying on the grounds were all pleasant and kind. The owners of the condo gave great customer service when any questions were asked. Its a little drive to the beach but not bad. The road is a main road and you are close to Publix and Oakes Farm (FRESH FOOD!!! :)

I am Canadian citizen but I do enjoy Naples very much. I find it one of the nicest cities in Florida. You are filling like being more in Europe than in any other place in Florida. Although I do not live in Naples, our guests are well taken care of

Why they chose this property

Apartment is comfortable and full of light. Enormous heated swimming pool was selling point for us. Positioned well within Winter Park I and complex is positioned well within Naples. And Naples is the nicest city in Florida. What else one can wish for?

What makes this property unique

If you like tennis there are 6 tennis courts. If you like swimming in the pool, there is no better opportunity in Naples than Winter Park. If you like beaches, it is fairly close, just at the end of 5th Avenue. If you like restaurants or shopping, 5th Ave is just 5 min drive..
Therefore, position of the apartment is one point and the other one is apartment itself, being large, airy, bright, beautifully furnished and very well equipped, like any good home.
