Unit was centrally located. Lots of shops and restaurants and beaches to choose from. The cottage was very nice and fully stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and we even had beach stuff which worked out perfect! Had a great time and will be back.

Awesome Beach House!

We just stayed here with my husband, teenage son and daughter and had an amazing time! 5 minutes away from the beach and close to all activities. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay

Property was very comfortable and very clean! We enjoyed riding the bikes and they seemed recently purchased . We dined at several local restaurants but one really stood out Swan River and we would highly recommend it.

Adorable Beach Cottage!

This cottage was just right for our stay in Naples. Decorated in beach theme, clean, great location...everything was perfect and we will be back!! Alan was a great host, I only needed to contact him to tell him how much we were enjoying his property. The cottage is nicely supplied with the "extras" like dishwasher and laundry detergent, paper towels, and soap.

Cozy Cottage

We enjoyed our stay. It was cute, cozy and close to most everything we wanted or needed. It's best for one or two couples as it's not a large space, but for us and our poodle, it worked out just fine. We were able to get to 5th Avenue, the beaches, Marco Island and shopping, very quickly and easily.

Our arrival till departure was the best . Any questions we had were answered right away . The house was so adorable and super clean . It had all the amenities that you would need. Christmas Family Vacation

We were meeting our son and his family in Naples after a trip to Disneyworld. We found this location on VRBO. We wanted a good location in Naples, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a living room and kitchen at an affordable price for 3 adults. We definitely found it. Also, the owner made sure we had all we needed to make our short stay complete. I would highly recommend this place

Perfect Cottage

The cottage had been updated and the feel of a beach house totally was felt upon entering the door. The decor and flow of the house was perfect. A 4-8 minute drive to one of three public beaches. Alan the host stopped by to make sure all was good. I will definitely be rebooking for a future trip to Naples.
