Welcome to Relaxa. This modern open floor plan villa is all you have been looking for. Once you arrive, you will fall in love with the beautiful landscape, spacious outdoor seating with a romantic fire pit and luxurious feeling of the entire home.
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom single family home. The open floor plan is contemporary featuring high ceilings which gives you that relaxed feeling of freedom and spaciousness. There is a designated living room area with a 75" smart TV, full kitchen, breakfast bar for 4 and a dining room area with space for 6. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, smart TV, private bathroom with shower and access to the backyard. The second bedroom also has a king sized bed and a smart TV which has all the popular apps and Sling TV for you to watch for free. The 3rd bedroom is our guest room which has a queen size Murphy bed which sits tight up on the wall and could be easily unfolded when needed for less than a minute. The guest room also features an office space equipped with an office desk and chair overlooking beautiful green landscape. The outdoor area features a comfortable and cozy conversation set with a fire pit accommodating 6. There is a designated outdoor dining area for 6, which features beautiful moroccan lights. The entire home feels very peaceful and comforting.

We have a shopping plaza located within 15 mins walking distance. There are a few restaurants, grocery store and general shopping stores at it. The beach is located in less than 2 miles away from the house.

Quiet and friendly neighborhood. The home is in a central location in Naples Fl, located within 10mins from downtown, shopping mall, beaches, restaurants, Mercato etc.

Wedding Weekend Getaway

Stayed here with some friends for a wedding at Royal Poinciana. The house was just as advertised. Perfect for two or three couples to stay comfortably and quick access to downtown Naples and the beach.

Winter getaway

Nice house with wonderful outdoor living space and fenced in backyard. Kitchen was well equipped. There are towels and chairs for the beach. The owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Beautiful Home and wonderful Host

We stayed in the home for 3 months during the winter. It is a beautiful home, very clean and the host is awesome. She was the most responsive and thoughtful host I have ever rented from. The property is close to downtown, Mercato and Vanderbilt beach. I strongly recommend this property.

Relaxing in Naples

The home is very clean, well laid out, and well appointed. Upon entering, we were welcomed with a nice card, bottle of wine and treats from the owner, Silviya! Due to dietary requirements, we need to prepare some of our own meals while on vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, dishes etc. making it easy to prepare meals. Silviya is very quick to respond and very pleasant. She has created a beautiful oasis in the back yard for relaxing and spending quality time together. Many little touches made it obvious that the host desires to create a welcoming and comforting atmosphere for her guests. Thanks Silviya!

Beautifully well done property with all new updates!

This property was beautiful inside and out. It appears to have been fully redone recently as everything was fresh and new. I think this is also the first place we stayed at that was this clean! It was extremely clean and tidy. The outdoor area was large and had everything you needed as well. Keep in mind that this is not screened in, so you will want some sort of mosquito repellent. Even the garage was completely redone, with a nice epoxy floor, space to pull in a car, bikes, beach gear, etc. My only complaint, and this is not the fault of the property itself, was that the neighbors on the master bedroom side of the house were frequently noisy at night with friends and music. Overall, I would highly recommend a stay here!

Great house by the beach with wonderful host

Sylvia was a wonderful and very accommodating host. The house was in a great location (within walking distance from the beach) and came stocked with everything we needed to make our beach vacation perfect (towels, umbrella, chairs, beach volleyball, etc.). The house was beautiful and very clean and the backyard patio was perfect. Thanks again!

Nice house in good location

Clean, nice house with good amenities. Location is good, being a short drive to almost anything you would want to do while in Naples. The neighborhood seems to be improving as it is a mix of nice homes and not as nice but many of them were being renovated and improved while we were there. Hosts were great and helpful. I would recommend staying here.

Great House

We were a family of 5 adults who love to cook and the kitchen is ideal with both plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Great host- had everything to make it a perfect beach holiday.
