Beautiful brand new single home

This is a very well furnished and well appointed 3 bedroom house with 3 baths. It has all the amenities and is in a nice location - near beaches, N. Naples shopping , Mercato. Owner was very responsive and check in and check out was seamless. House was spotless when we arrived.

Wonderful, cool, welcoming beach house!

We spent several days at this beautiful and really well designed beach style home. We loved the design and open layout of the house. It looks exactly like the photos. It’s perfect - new, really well built and designed, great layout, quiet and just a great place to stay. We were there seeing family. The house is wonderful both for entertaining and for hanging out. We loved our stay there. Sarah, our host, was super responsive and came straight back to answer our questions. Highly recommend!!

Very nice, modern, large house in a great location!

We had to rebook at short notice because Hurricane Helene severely affected our original destination and found this wonderful house. We were there with 4 adults and two children and felt very comfortable! We found the house as shown in the pictures and descriptions. Everything is very clean, very spacious, very modern and nicely decorated. The kids especially loved the heated pool! Unfortunately, because of Hurricane Milton, we had to leave the house for a few days until the power was back on and it took a few days longer for the internet to come back. Before, during and after this time we were in very close and friendly contact with Sarah. All in all, despite the circumstances, we had a great time and can only recommend the house!

Great Property - Convenient Location

We needed to find a house with power immediately after Hurricane Ian so we could get our business back up and going. This property was one of the only properties with Power & internet. Home is centrally located by restaurants, stores and beach. Interior of home very tastefully done. Property Manager Sarah kept in touch to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Would highly recommend this property.

Very Clean and Exactly like Photos

Extremely impressed with this property. The house was exactly like it was described. Very clean. The kitchen was well stocked (dishes, pots and pans, and towels) so that you are able to prepare and cook meals. There are little touches that makes this property a notch above most: night lights in bathrooms and bedrooms, large - soft bath towels, use of garage and parking in the driveway, no extra charge for heated pool and grill, large TVs in Family room and bedrooms equipped with roku sticks, and ceilings fans in all main rooms.
