We are about three years old and have the highest reviews from all of our guests who have stayed here. The elegant interior design boasts a flowing spacious 3 bedroom home with the highest quality material and furnishings. Everything including flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, furniture, tableware and cooking supplies are all brand new! A bright living room opens up into the screened-in pool and hot tub where you can enjoy the lush quiet garden, giving you southern sun exposure from dawn until dusk with spectacular sunsets off the back patio. What a wonderful property! Very convenient to everything, and the house was immaculate. Grocery stores and wonderful restaurants were minutes away. Multiple beach options are close by, and we loved the pool and hot tub. Thomas thought of every little detail that a guest might need. We would definitely stay again!

Great home and great host. The only upside was the air conditioning.Not the right size unit for this home. We spend a few days with with some sweating, but enjoyed ourselves.

Wonderful vacation rental

We absolutely loved our stay in this charming home! Thomas was an exceptional host—highly responsive and attentive. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the beach and conveniently close to pickleball courts at Veteran's Park. With fantastic restaurants and grocery stores nearby, everything we needed was within easy reach. You truly couldn't ask for a better place for a vacation!

Property is well-kept - clean, comfortable. Convenient to Vanderbilt Beach. Beach chairs and toys were a big hit! Pool and hot tub were our favorite thing at the end of the day. Would stay there again.

The house was very centrally located, near beaches, stores & eateries. Additionally, it was very clean, easy to access and has a great pool & hot tub. Thomas responded quickly to all inquiries & we were able to get an earlier check in quickly.

Wonderful stay!

The pool and spa were incredible! Great place to relax after time out at the nearby beaches (15 min or less) or outdoor activities (kayaking, hiking, boating). The common areas were actually bigger than expected and the kitchen was well equipped. Loved the bikes available for use too. The location was very convenient and the area was quiet and peaceful.

We had a great stay at this house. The pool and spa were perfect after a hot day on the beach. Thomas was so easy to work with. We had all of the important information well ahead of time and he was super quick responding to any questions. As an added treat he provided us with some complimentary beverages! We would definitely rent here again.

Outdoor space was perfect!

We designed them from the top to bottom with the thought of what we personally look for in a vacation rental and see as the most important things. We ensure all of our guests are 100% satisfied. A vacation is only as good as you enjoying yourself and feeling good during the entire time.

This is one of our favorite properties because we saw the perfect layout in the design of the rooms within the house giving everyone staying their personal space and yet family living room to gather at the same time. This is a unique property with so much attention to detail and interior design ranging from the furniture to the paint and amenities. This definitely makes you feel like you are on an instant vacation from the minute you open the door.
