Our family of 7 adults enjoyed a spacious, comfortable stay at Villa Kristin. We hosted a lovely Easter Dinner, & enjoyed an early swim & relaxation in the lanai after dessert. Perfect central location for beaches, restaurants & downtown. Well stocked for summer recreation. We look forward to a return trip!

the property is well located, within 10mins of everything. the neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors were very nice. The house is perfect for 6 adults, seating is for 6 both at the dining table and the sofa and loveseat. It might be a little tight for 8 adults but it will work for families since there are 4 bathrooms and one room with two twin beds. The screened in lanai was perfect, we never had to worry about the bugs. The grill wasn't working so we didn't grill but we were just as happy dining out.

All was perfect!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The home was beautifully furnished, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—close to the beach, great restaurants, and shopping, but still peaceful and quiet. The backyard was a highlight, with a lovely pool and patio area that we enjoyed every day. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were incredibly responsive and accommodating. We truly felt at home and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Naples. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location in Naples! Only complaints were that the propane tank was empty during our stay and that the pool heater charge was separate (so we didn’t use it.) overall would return!

Beautiful, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Nicely furnished. Comfortable beds. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom. Beautiful pool with plenty of space & seating around the pool. Great location - just a few minutes drive from beaches, shopping & restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Getaway Home

Clean, as advertised, super easy to communicate with the property manager, and had all of the amenities that we needed. The pool area is a bonus. We had a great time staying at this property. Place was very clean. They had lots of beach and pool toys, coolers, chairs and floats and beach towels. The homeowner gave a book with lots of information on Naples. Kitchen was stocked. There were hair dryers in bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay in central Naples

Villa Kristin is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Location is perfect. We rented bikes down the road and went to beaches for swim and sunsets all week. The home is comfortable, well laid out, spacious and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Plenty of towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. We enjoyed family dinners on the patio and pool time to cool off. Everything is easy to access and figure out inside the home. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great new House!

Villa Kristin is a very modern and well planned house. The house has two master bedroom. All room have it´s own bathroom. Kitchen and dining area is huge and well equipped. Everything was perfect and I can highly recomend this rental property. It´s a very nice and clean house. We will come back next time in Naples. Kind Regards Bjorn

Great house and a fantastic location

We loved this home so much that we have already booked it again for next year. It is the best property that we have stayed in during our yearly vacations to Naples. The pool was nice and warm (we paid to have it heated). The house was clean, modern, clutter-free and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood this home is super convenient to all of the Naples attractions. We also appreciated having a full compliment of beach/pool gear to borrow. Only (very) minor suggestion to the owners is to add washable duvet covers to the comforters and maybe add a few more pillow choices.

The location of the home was perfect for where we wanted to be. Publix, shopping mall and tons of everything within a 5 minute drive. I didn’t realize that the home had not only 4 bedrooms, but 4 full bathrooms as well. There were more rooms than we needed but great for a larger group. The house looks tiny from the outside but is actually quite spacious and open on the inside. The pool was nice and private with a waterfall on the back edge that came on in the morning and shut off at night. I can’t think of anything to say other than it was a great house and our time there was just perfect.

Great location

The location of this house is excellent - easy to get to shops, walk the boardwalks at Greenway Park and Freedom Park, easy to get to 5th street and Old Naples and easy to get to the public access beach near Park Shore. The house set-up is great with a King in the master, a King in one other bedroom, a Queen and 2 twins - all with their own private bathroom. Good amount of supplies in the kitchen plus extra sheets and towels and pool towels. Noticed a pack-n-play and high chair for those bringing kids.The pool was lovely with some sun all day.The Property Manager was very responsive to resolve several issues - smoke detector needing replacement, HVAV needing maintenance. Unfortunately he was unable to get the pool pump fixed and we were left with no heat in the pool for half of our visit. This place would be rated 5 stars with upgrades to the living room furniture/carpet and kitchen chairs that don't wobble.

Great place to stay!

We did have to wait a bit for the code to get in however. We had asked for an early check in, as we were arriving in town around 12:30 and we’re told we could! However the code wasn’t given till about a half hour before the normal check in time. No big deal, but if you were arriving later at night this would have been a problem. I know I few other reviews mentioned the same. There was plenty of space for our group of 6 adults and 1 child! We loved that everyone had their own bathroom, and private/quiet and spacious bedrooms! However, The master had a big closet and dresser, but the other 3 rooms had small closets and no dresser. So if your they type to unpack and not live out of a suit case, this is something to consider to have a back up plan! The location was super close to groceries, gas, restaurants and more! Easy to grab door dash or an Uber as well! Yet, being in a neighborhood it was great for walks, and not hearing any traffic and such. A few things to note, but not to take away from our great stay; it does state that 3 of the bedrooms had KING size beds, however only 2 of the bedrooms had King size beds. The third bedroom had a queen, even though it was stated as a king. Then the forth bedroom had 2 twin sized beds ( perfect room for kids! It was very quiet and away from the kitchen and patio, so my niece slept great even when we stayed up!). It states that there are “king/queen…king/queen..king/full…2 twins” but it is only ONE bed per room aside from the kids room having 2 twins. The beds were okay, but the pillows were pretty uncomfortable. And the blankets were not the best. So maybe buy one or bring your own. Also, it did had a Grill outside, But it took some finagling to get it going, and was not easy to grill on. It definitely could use some maintenance and fixing. I know the listing doesn’t mention it having a grill, and maybe that’s why! It also had an empty tank unfortunately. It was great to have a washer and dryer as well! And we had PLENTY of bathroom towels and pool towels! And they were of great quality! Aside from the few downsides, We still would love to come back. I am still giving this rental a 5 star rating,
