The Space:

Upon arriving at this residential and safe neighborhood, you may first notice the well-maintained lawn and the bright blue door and window. You can take a deep breath now—you're here. Inside, you'll see the clean and calm setup; a comfortable sectional to unwind in front of the 65" TV with a Roku stick, a galley kitchen equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing vacation, and a sleek dining table for six. Make a smoothie for breakfast, chef it up with stainless steel appliances for dinner, and make a bag of popcorn for a midnight snack.

From here, peek out to the private pool perfect for hot Florida weather and sunbathing with a book on the patio chairs. Lunch by the pool? Enjoy it at the patio table with an overhead fan and six chairs for the whole group!
Before you jump in, check out the bedrooms. Throw your luggage down in the master suite and call dibs! You'll have access to the patio just a few steps from the king-sized bed dressed in luxurious bedding. This bedroom also includes an ensuite bathroom with double sink vanity and spa-like bathtub for nights in.

In this spacious home, you'll also find three o bedrooms, two with King beds and the other with a Queen, designed for sleeping in and enjoying the tranquility of Naples. Two more full-sized bathrooms include a spacious renovated shower and bath for self-care on vacation.

Overview:

When you decide to venture out of your temporary home-sweet-home, drive 15 minutes south to the historic Old Naples for a day of art gallery browsing on Art Block, a sailing trip at the Naples Sailing & Yacht Club, and ending the night with live music at The Continental Steakhouse. If you're seeking fun and lively bars and restaurants, head to Mercato and bring your pup along! There are over 35 pet-friendly restaurants and stores in Mercato, so they're welcome to tag along at home and on the go.

Being in the heart of Naples means you're only a 12-minute walk away from the Waterside Shops, the open-air mall known for upscale shopping and dining. If the outdoors is more your scene, take a 5-minute drive to Clam Pass Beach Park for serene views, soft white sand, and gentle waters. It's one of the most popular beach access points in the area for a reason!

If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $30 fee per day. Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for the heater to be on.
Allows Pets-This property is dog-friendly with an additional $385 fee per pet. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry)
Pool dimensions: 32 ft. x 12 ft. (Rectangular shape)
Shallower area is 3 ft. and deepest area is 5.5 ft.

House Rules

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to Newman Hospitality no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $30 fee per day. Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for the heater to be on.
This property is dog-friendly with an additional $385.00 fee per pet for stays of less than 30 days. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry)
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.

Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Late Checkout:

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from Newman Hospitality. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:

Newman Hospitality is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Copyright Infringement:

Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Starter Supplies
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.
