Welcome to The Sonset!!! No corners cut in this newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath home which comfortably accommodates 1-6 guests. Newer *heated salt water pool and spa (heating of pool and spa additional). Sun shelf with 4 Ledge Loungers and LED bubblers, sectional, chaise lounge chairs, and dining table with seating for 8 will make you feel like you are at a high end resort. Inside you will find updates throughout including tile floors, warm kitchen with quartz counter tops, updated bathrooms, etc. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve meals. Sleeping accommodations include a king sized bed in the master, queen sized bed in both the second and third bedrooms, and additional queen sized sleeper with memory foam mattress. An air mattress is also available if needed. HDTV in living room and two of the bedrooms (smart TVs). 140+ channels and wireless internet (speeds up to 50MBPS). Beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers are available for your trips to the beach.
This house is close to everything Naples has to offer! Relax on one of the close beaches, Vanderbilt or Delnor-Wiggins Pass. Delnor-Wiggins Pass was recently rated 8th in the country on Yahoo. Enjoy a meal and sunset at the amazing Ritz-Carlton or LaPlaya Beach Resort. Or head over to Mercato for even more dining, shopping, and nightlife. Also located close is the Naples Zoo, 2 movie theatres, Sun-N-Fun Lagoon, Waterside Shops, Downtown, etc! Please note that access to the third bedroom is through the second bedroom.
