Chris was a great host and quickly responded to any questions we had. Property was as described and illustrated in the listing. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Definitely recommend.

What a wonderful home. The home looks exactly like pictures, but better in person. The communication with Chris was amazing. We were even gifted a bottle of wine upon our arrival AND a heated pool and hot tub. The home was super clean and well stocked with supplies to keep it that way.The backyard is your own personal oasis. The hot tub had an active waterfall so it so serene out there. The tropical plants around enclosed pool provided privacy and with the sound of the waterfall, really made us feel like we were at our own personal high end hotel. We ate breakfast outside in lanai every morning next to pool.Great location- I mean how can you beat having a North Naples Bar staple that has been open since the 30's- I believe-, 6 houses down on corner!!! Great atmosphere, everyone was friendly, great wings!!! I mean the home is literally down the main street from a Ferrari dealership. Shopping everywhere, from T.J Maxx to couture gown parlors- you could get ANYTHING you desired. Huge Walmart 4 minutes away by car and huge Publix right across from Walmart. We shopped there to get our essentials for the well equipped kitchen. We barbecued shish kabobs on the clean grill provided.This was our third visit to Naples and I would definitely like to return to this home for another stay. We really enjoyed ourselves and are thankful for your dedicated hospitality you sowed us.

We have been Winter tenants at this wonderful home for the last 4 years...it is perfect for us...2 adults and one Brittany. I am a experienced cook and love the immense kitchen and entertaining area. The three bedrooms are ideal for company. The home is fully equipped with little need to shop for home essentials.We look forward to coming back next year.

Our Stay in Naples

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. We spent most of our time outdoors in the screened in patio. The pool was refreshing. Also enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. We were close to lots of shopping which was super handy.

Excellent get-away

This home is lovely….. clean, cozy, comfortable, has practically everything you could need! It’s in a great location with a nice clean and heated pool and hot tub and, bonus, a bar with live music at the end of the street you can walk to after a day at the beach. Many other delicious restaurants are nearby! Truly loved being here and highly recommend!!!

Clean, very nice landscaping, pool and spa with nice Florida room, well equipped kitchen, plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and open floor plan. Near everything in Naples.
