Naples Sands Ocean Beach house is a beautiful tropical beach bungalow. From the moment you walk in and experience the attention to detail from our cleaning staff and start relaxing with our welcome package you will feel at ease.

Our Beach Home features a very private totally fenced in and palm lined backyard. The heated salt water pool & spa glisten under the lanai. The private pool with south west exposure, outdoor shower and beautifully landscaped yard offer a great alternative from another day at the beach! Outdoor living at its finest is rounded out with a beautiful 6 person deep seating patio set and patio dining set for eight. Our home truly provides a wonderful outdoor relaxing atmosphere.

The Beach House is centrally located between a short walk to the award-winning Golf Shore Beaches, world class golf and fishing and high end shopping at the Shops of Mercatto Mall. Park the car and walk or use the bikes as part of your fun filled daily commute.

The Beach house is fully furnished and accommodates up to 6 guests in this three bedroom two bath bungalow. The layout is a spacious with an open tiled floor plan and boasting beautiful vaulted ceilings with all new contemporary furnishing throughout. The overall presentation of the House is warm and inviting and of course spotless for your arrival.

Our fully equipped kitchen consists of white cabinetry, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar for four. New large and small appliances along with Fiesta dinner ware and all things need to prepare that special Floridian meal are provided. Once prepared dine outside under the lanai or at our beautifully appointed granite dining set for six

After fun filled days nothing is better than good night sleep in our air-conditioned home on premium bedding products and new Memory Foam mattresses. All three bedrooms have two sets of new sheets each year. The mattresses and pillows all come with protective encasement's helping to round out a sanitary rest easy experience.

All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and area rugs and at least one dresser and night stand. The large master bedroom has a huge walk in closet and a four piece en-suite, not to mention a separate entrance to the pool for that late night dip! The second bedroom features a queen size bed a double walk in closet with beautiful Cindy Crawford furnishings. The middle bedroom has an attached 4 piece bathroom two twin beds and a double closet

If watching the big game is in your plans enjoy our luxury amenities. The Beach House comes equipped with 75' HD LED TV full surround sound, DVD player and 150 watt sound bar with additional 55' HD LED TV in master bedroom. Both are equipped with high-speed wireless internet access for your streaming pleasure.

If you have to do laundry we have that covered too. Two high efficiency front load machines a wait in the laundry room. Just off the laundry the attached double car garage houses everything needed for a day at the Beach; towels chairs, mats, umbrellas, bikes, locks and toys are just the start and all provided for your use.
