The minute you walk into this home, the neutral tones and decor will ease your stresses away. When you enter the home,, you will be greeted with a long hallway that leads to the newly renovated kitchen, living room, covered lanai and pool.

This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The entire home was completely renovated in June 2021 with all new appliances, brand new high-tech pool heater, new pool cage, new sun deck, and new tile flooring through out the home.

Recent updates to the home (June 2023) - all windows have been replaced with impact windows and a huge slider door was installed to bring in more natural light. In cooler months, you can open the slider door all the way to take in that fresh ocean air! This truly offers an extended living space to our guests.

NOTICE TO REGARDING THE USE OF CAMERA SURVEILLANCE ON PROPERTY: For the safety of our property and renters, the property owners employ camera surveillance equipment for security purposes. This equipment may or may not be monitored at any time. A camera will be utilized at the front door, and two cameras on the sides of the propery where there is no “reasonable expectation of privacy.” Cameras will not be installed in “private” areas such as the interior of the premises and the lanai.

Beautiful Home

The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds were very comfy and the pool was wonderful! The outside seating and fire table were really great to have as well! Our Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

Perfect Rental

This is truly a 5 star rental. Everything was exactly as described. Very new and clean rental. Lots of extra touches to make the stay comfortable. Great communication from the host. House was ideally located close to the beach and shopping. Pool was perfect!

My husband and I are trying to travel more but with 2 kids and 2 dogs, we are pretty busy, especially during the school year. We purchased our first vacation home in Naples, FL during the pandemic in hopes we could use it and share it with others when we're not there. We fell in love with Naples almost immediately after spending 6 weeks in the area and decided we wanted to be down here more often.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is nostalgic because of it's old school feel and brings back so many memories for us. When we stay in our home, my kids are able to ride their bikes or skateboard to the local Dunkin donuts or to the beach and it just has that small town feel with a big splash of paradise!

What makes this property unique

The weather is always amazing. The breeze, even on hot days, makes living close to the beach perfect! You can bike to the beach, restaurants, or shopping centers from our neighborhood and it's always an enjoyable walk in the morning as it's quiet.
